Excelente ubicación central con vistas, comodidades, comodidad y conveniencia; este 1br en Der Steiermark tiene todo lo que puede estar buscando en sus vacaciones en Breckenridge. Situado justo al lado de la calle principal, este condominio se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de la base del pico 9, por lo que es fácil llegar a pie a las pistas. Christmas at Breckenridge

The location was perfect! We were within walking distance to everything! The town is decorated so elegantly and you have dozens of choices when it comes to meals or an adult cocktail.

Location! Location! Location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. The ease of getting to the gondola with kids and gear was great! The property is older but it was fully stocked and had everything we needed for a successful ski trip. Even took a dip in the hot tub. Liked being able to park and walk everywhere. Would definitely come back again!

Efficient 1 Bedroom w/ Awesome Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Breckenridge! This unit is 1 block from the Quicksilver chair lift, and super close to the shops and bars! The Mexican Restaurant below is awesome and great for happy hour, and Ollie's food was awesome out the back side of the building. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for ski, needs some upgrades

Pros: location right at the bottom of peak 9, proximity to shopping area, and on the main route of shuttles.Cons: needs some minor upgrades (like the sofa bed and humidifier).

Ideal location in Breckenridge

Stayed 4 nights at this one bedroom + kitchen property. It had all the items I required. I did not have a car. Was ideally located and and had walked around everywhere. Place was clean and easy to access. The property staff answered my calls immediately, even on a Sunday. Took the Summit Express Shuttle from Denver airport to property. Very convenient. Took the shuttle to Quandary Peak. Quandary Peak Shuttle starting point is a 15 min walk from property

Great location, nice property

The condo is located above Mi Casa restaurant, the best happy hour and salsas in town. Very convenient to everything, close to the main roads for hiking/biking. The garage was full when I arrived so I had to park behind the restaurant overnight. I did get a next day response from the management company about the situation. The parking slots in the garage is very tight an people insist on parking large trucks in there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was awesome. Unfortunately it does lack the amenities that would make the stay a bit more pleasurable. Things such; as cards, board games, and kitchen utilities that would provide longevity to the kitchen equipment such as aluminum foil. The location does make up for the lack of amenities. The only other issue is the street noise. If you are trying to go to sleep prior to midnight there is a lot of noise from the people going to the restaurant below. Also, the truck / plows run all night and make it hard for anyone not sleeping in the bedroom to sleep peacefully. The host communicate well and are on top of things, however, do not plan on being able to park or check in early.
