Great place for a quick getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a great location- walkable to everything in downtown Breckenridge. It was clean, bed was very comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed for a couple of days away. Will definitely be back!

Great location/place but noise level from bar below disruptive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in great condition and in walking distance to a great town. Our big issue was the Tiki bar right below our condo. It had loud music till 10:00pm with outside seating (imagine loud people partying). Since there is no a/c keeping windows open at night was not an option. Being hikers waking up early made this an issue for us. The solution from the property was to close the windows and add more fans.

Great stay overall! Beautiful views, great amenities. Only complaint, the managing company seems to make it harder than necessary to complete booking and check in. Would recommend keypad entry.

The unit is well decorated; however, there are a couple of issues that need to be taken care of soon. First, the screen on one of the windows above the bed needs to be fixed as there is a hole in it and you couldn’t open it to get in cool air without worrying about bugs etc. flying in. The screen doors to the balcony did not work thus you can’t let cool air in without leaving the sliding door open.The music from the Tiki Bar was nearly constant from mid-morning through late night.The check-in and checkout process via Summit Rentals is slightly inconvenient in that: checkout is an hour earlier than other rental agencies, you have to retrieve and return keys from Summit, the parking permit is kept in the unit so you have to make an extra trip to your car upon arrival (to get the permit in the unit) and when departing (return the permit to the unit). Why isn’t the permit in the lockbox with the keys? Or available at property’s front desk like other agencies? Nice unit but a few issues.

The unit has plenty of cooking equipment and dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pull out sofa bed. We loved our accommodations so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Advertised to have Comcast Xfinity cable service for the TV. It did not, as a matter of fact the TV did not have any channels the night we arrived. It took 2 days for a Maintenance Tech to come and look at it, eventually he reset the WiFi and he got Samsung Live TV to work, but w/o subscribing to any streaming services we were unable to watch any NFL playoff games.

The unit is decorated very nice and spotless. I see the owner put in so much effort with great tastes!!! It’s just like the photos, very nicely done with full kitchen supplies.This unit is right above the Tiki bar so the music and noises are pretty loud all the time until closing.As for the management company, you’ll have to go out and cross the river to another building to get the keycards and return the keycards as well (with all the luggages.) We asked for a late checkout and was refused and told there’s a back to back booking so the 10am checkout is a must for housekeeping. I got a very rude response when I mentioned all other places/hotels we ever stayed had 11AM checkout also with back to back bookings as well. I told whoever was texting me that I’d put this in the comments and rating for inconvenience. Ha! She said she will report me to Vrbo support for review!The truth is the River Mountain Lodge front desk ladies gave me so much more help than this off site management. We weren’t even their direct hotel guests. Imagine how we feel about it! This employee said we didn’t read the listing before booking. That’s just so not true. It’s because we read the listing then we asked for a late checkout. Also, a friendly reminder, the renters need to clear out all trash. It’s in the management’s fine print rules. We left the unit spotless, the only thing the housekeeper needed to do was to change the bedding and towels. We stayed in this unit for 5 days. It’s a nice one.
