This is an excellent property for a relaxing stay in Orange Beach. Couldn't ask for a better location, very close to shopping and restaurants. Our only complaint was the shower in the hall bathroom had no hot water.

Both beds were horrible. The king bed was hard as the floor. The queen bed was old spring mattress where we ended up in the middle on each other because it was sunk in. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken. The patio furniture was not nice, only the two rocking chairs were nice. The bathrooms were nice but had black electrical tape on the hand held shower head that started to come off after the first shower. The elevator was broken for the last two days we were there. It could use some TLC. We wouldn’t stay again. Bad beds means little to no rest/sleep.

The condo was lovely and location very good. The only reason for not giving it 5stars all the way is in the master bathroom (which is huge and gorgeous) there is a large window with no covering. Anyone can walk down the hall and see right into whoever is in the tub, standing in front of mirrors etc. Definitely need a curtain or blind on this window. Other than that it’s a great place. Of lesser importance most beach condos have available beach chairs in the condo for guests.

Pool was ok, could use some updates. The beds in the condo were really uncomfortable and could really use replacing. Outdoor furniture was ok, can really use an update as well. Location is convenient and close to everything. Beach access was easy and the views were really nice. Jets in the jacuzzi tub need a good deep clean, we used it once but you can tell they haven’t been cleaned in a while. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of pots, pans, utensils, etc.. so that was helpful. We had an issue with the hot water but our host sent someone out within the hour, communication was great. The condo was clean and the location and views were great, but it can definitely use some updates and a good deep clean, especially for the cost of the weekly stays. It definitely didn’t ruin our stay though! I just don’t know if we would choose that particular place again.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is great. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils & pots/pans etc. someone mentioned the window in front of the jetted tub. There is a window, but there also a switch that when turned on the window becomes frosted and you are unable to see through it. The condo is in a great location and it’s easy access to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and reading. I do wish the maintenance would have cleaned up the pool area. We waited 24 hours to see if anyone would come clean up. No one did. We ended up picking up the trash. That’s the only negative we had with the condo. Other wise the owner/management was just a text away. They responded promptly politely and professionally. I would stay here again.

Overall great experience but some things need to be attended to. The patio furniture with cushions is dry rotting and every time the chairs were moved pieces of the iron chairs fell off so we just kept sweeping the balcony if we moved the chairs around. Top rack in dishwasher needs to be fixed. Hard to pull in and out. Master bathroom shower the hot and cold water labels are reversed. Hot water is to the right but the letter C is shown. Cold water is to the left but H is shown. Bedroom closest to living room the mattress sloped towards the head of bed. None of this would stop us from staying at this condo or unit but does need little attention on these areas. As a side note for other viewers, the master bedroom air vent blows directly on your face when in the bed on the side closest to the bathroom so it's hard to watch TV on that side at night. Overall great place.

Very clean condo and love how or friendly it is. The hall shower is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. The hall bedroom is definitely not a queen size as stated in the description. One of us had to use the sofa bed because we could not both sleep comfortably in the bed. Other than that, our trip was great.
