This home is centrally located in the heart of Gainesville. It is only 6 Minutes to the University of Florida sports stadiums. Florida field and the O'Connell center among others. Great Restaurants and grocery stores are also only 6 minutes away.
The art and natural history Museums, nature parks and the historic downtown area are also less than 10 minutes away. The house has a very large space inside and out. You will enjoy a quiet and safe neighborhood. The home has a court yard with outdoor furniture, a grill and a firepit. The game room has a fire place and is set up with a pool table with a 60 inch flat screen for watching the big games. There are areas in close proximity to Gainesville that are geological wonders. Devils Millhopper and Devils Den spring. Plus many other beautifully clear fresh water first magnitude artesian springs within minutes. Paynes Prairie preserve also is a place to see beautiful scenery and a lot of wildlife.

The perfect location and house layout for our family and bridesmaids. Highlights were the game room with pacman game, foosball and back yard being totally fenced in for children to play. Easy trip to grocery stores.For our use, kitchen was well equipped for our needs except for only 4 forks. Easy to solve with purchasing disposable forks. coffee bar was very nice.The only improvements I would make would be access to extra bath linens, ie each person having bath, hand and wash cloth each. Bath mat in each bathroom. We made it work though. House keeping could do a better job cleaning, dusting and cleaning bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay in Gainesville! It is very convenient to the University of Florida. We had a minor plumbing issue during our stay and the host/owner had it resolved the next day. The host promptly communicated with us and got things working properly

Great stay. Plenty of space and not too far from campus. Plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The nature trail was close by as well. Overall, a great stay!

Home was perfect for my high school basketball team of 10. everyone got a bed and the fooseball and games at the house were great entertainment. Plenty of towels and showers.

Great house for family gatherings

This was the perfect house for our family to gather. It’s close to everything in Gainesville and Philip was a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Plenty room for large group

Rented to attend a family wedding, plenty of space for all family members. Owner was gracious to provide 2 extra folding tables and chairs to be able to have a big sit down family dinner. Nice and quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

Orange and blue game.

Great layout for multiple family groups. Good location. Quiet street. Very relaxing back yard with fire pit and fountain. Older house but clean. Only issue was pool table was swapped for foosball. Not a big deal but was expecting pool table.

Weekend get together

This property was a perfect place for a weekend get together with friends. It is close to the university and surrounding restaurants/shopping. Plenty of space for everyone to retreat or gather.

Long weekend stay.

We stayed at this home for a graduation at UF with our family, friends and dog. The place is well laid out with plenty of room. The rooms are a split plan so there are two bedrooms and a bathroom across the house which was nice for our friends for a little quite. The kitchen has all the basics, with a stocked coffee bar and a grill outside. The home was clean and comfortable. The location was a straight shot to UF and well located to Publix and other places to eat. The backyard is large and fenced and was perfect for our dog. We used the fire pit outside to make s’mores. My only suggestion would be adding a hot tub to enjoy the outside in the evening. We would definitely stay again .

Great Gainesville Spot!

This 5 bedroom house was great for our family to stay at while enjoying exploring UF! Easy drive to campus, good sleeping arrangements, kids loved all the activities/games at the house, great weekend!
