Very good location. Close to beach (5 minute walk), restaurants and stores (15 minute walk). House is clean and has everything one needs; kitchen is well outfitted. It also has beach chairs and carts available, along with 4 (single speed) bikes. Pool was big hit with the grandkids and is less than 100ft from front door. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous and very clean home! Love the little details like bunk room curtains, having plenty of good quality towels, and the beach items available to use. Excellent location with a peaceful, residential feel that is also minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Attentive property management. **Neighborhood pool not heated during off season unless you request and pay for that ahead of time

I have stayed at many rental properties and this one came with the most issues. It was a beautiful home in a beautiful area so I will give it that. *Check-in started at 5pm. I’ve never heard of such a late check in. I requested an earlier check-in time and the response was that they would see what they could do. The property was ready at 4:30.*The first night the smoke alarm went off at least a dozen times. They sent maintenance out the next morning but he simply changed the batteries. We told him it wasn’t a low battery noise but that’s all he knew how to do. *The toilet on the kitchen level would not flush. We had to plunge it many times. Maintenance could not fix this. *3/4 of the stove burners would not work. We noticed this while the maintenance man was there so he was able to fix them for us.*The second night we dealt with the smoke alarm again. Two more times during our stay the downstairs smoke alarm went off for no reason and continued until we figured out how to reach the stop buttons. *There were 10 of us staying 5 nights. There was one roll of toilet paper, no shampoo, and a tiny bottle of conditioner in the bathrooms. I understand not stocking excessively but this was bare bones.*We left an item on the property & contacted them within a few hours of check-out and they claim they couldn’t find it. And it took them 2 full weeks to let us know that they couldn’t find it.*The host was quick to text back but didn’t really have solutions.

Would stay again!

We had a great trip thanks to this home! The location was wonderful and there was plenty of space for our family. Communication with the management team was good. We would let them know when we had questions or when something needed fixing. They would not give a timeline of when they could come but they did end up coming within a day. The only tbing I’d recommend is a deeper cleaning before check in. While the house was overall clean, there were a few things left behind from a previous stay that we had to take care of. I’d definitely return and recommend though!

2/10 Terrible

The house was nice. We loved it. However, we had some problems. There weren't any waste baskets in any of the bathrooms, the towel rack fell off the wall in one of the King size bathroom, the closet handles fell off when I opened the closet door. My daughter's friends slept in the bunk room and one friend found a pair of fake eyelashes under the bed covers of one bunk bed and the other friend found a fake eyelash on one of the other pillows on another bunk bed. This leaves me to believe that the cleaning crew did not clean the house nor did they changed the bed sheets. So disgusting. I also left a shirt hanging in one of the bedroom closet and I called RD to tell them that the same day that I left so that they can retrieve it for me before the new guests were to arrived. After 3 texts and 2 phone calls, it took them a week to get back to me to say that they couldn't find it. Again, that leads me to believe that house keeping did not look in the closet because they didn't open it up to clean inside of it or they stole my shirt. Either that or the new guests stole my shirt because it took them over a week to respond back to me. There are so many vacation rental places out there and this left a really bad taste in my mouth. I will not be using them again.

Uyen, thank you for your feedback. We’re very glad to hear you loved the home overall, but we’re truly sorry for the concerns you experienced during your stay. The issues you mentioned with maintenance and cleanliness are not up to our standards, and we are addressing these items with our team to ensure they are corrected and prevented moving forward. Regarding your missing shirt, we completely understand how frustrating that situation is. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we always do our best to assist in locating belongings as quickly as possible without disrupting incoming guests. We regret the delay in communication and understand how that added to your frustration. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us improve, and we wish you the very best in your future travels.

Great Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we were taking in the some time at the beach and time with family. Even with a few rainy days, we were still able to do everything we wanted including walking on the beach in the mornings and evenings. Would recommend this house to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. Highly recommend this house. Very clean and nice! From reservations to check in to check out your organization made the process so simple. We also loved the fact that your organization checked in with us to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything. To me that is great customer service most places you never hear from anyone. We were able to communicate with y’all via phone call or text and receive an answer almost immediately. The people all have terrific customer service skills and attitudes. Thank you for being so considerate
