Serenity Sands is a 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Gulf Front Townhouse directly on the beach. Offering beautiful water views from every room, you also have a private dune crossover for easy beach access right from your door.
The open floor plan allows for your group to be together watching TV, playing games or just lounging around with the beautiful emerald green waters as your back drop. This home is completely tiled, NO carpeting!

The fully equipped kitchen has SS appliances, granite countertops and full pantry. On this main floor is a convenient half bath, and an en suite bedroom with 2 queen beds and soundview balcony.

Up one flight is the king-sized primary with en suite bath. Wake up to the sound of the waves from the private balcony and enjoy the jetted tub, tiled walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and dual vanities. Down the hall are the 3rd and 4th bedrooms each with a queen bed and soundview balcony. The third full bath with tub/shower combination is shared by these two rooms.

Your small pet is welcome to join you with owner's permission. There is a $200 per pet fee with max of 2 allowed.
Note that animals are not permitted on the Gulf beach.

The ground floor has a gas grill, seating for 6, and a large hot/cold outdoor shower.
There is parking for 5 cars.

Serenity Sands is located in a four-plex next to Sea & Stars, Goin' Coastal and Bright Sands, perfect if your group needs multiple units!

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

Serenity Sands

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After many years of staying in a condo, we tried a beach front townhome and loved it! We were there for three weeks. Serenity Sands was so nicely furnished, clean, has a great floor plan, has beautiful views, huge carport, and so much more. We checked with Blue Moon Vacation Rentals regarding renting a townhouse for next year. They were so courteous and helpful. They were also wonderful during a day or so of inclement weather. They kept us updated. We will definitely be back and will always rent through Blue Moon!

It was a great experience!

We were very pleased. It was as advertised amd met our needs. Very enjoyable. Just one little constructive comment: Your “starter packs” do not help those of us that fly to the destination. We had to buy a number of items we knew we couldn’t use in the week, so the stuff that didn’t get used ended up being thrown away at the end of the stay. For what we payed you could throw in a trashbag per day, and enough of the other items for the length of our stay. Other than that, it was awesome.

The beach house was very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, unlike some places we have stayed at. The view was absolutely amazing and the easy access to the beach was a big plus!
