It is however too bad you didn’t mention any of these issues, as there were many solutions, such as: The first floor bathroom door locks - the lock is underneath the knob as was common for houses of this age. The hairdryer works —verified after your use—there is a button to press much like a GFCI outlet. There is almost always body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and bath salts: apologies if these were absent, as I try to regularly replace them. The fridge items you mentioned are condiments, things like hot sauce, olives, ketchup, salad dressing, etc. Most guests appreciate these items. The kitchen is very complete with cookware items that many homes don’t even have, and the home does see owner use… you are afterall on VRBO, Vacation Rental by * Owner*. There are three sets of dumbells, two yoga mats, yoga blocks, and a foam roller. This was not advertised as a home gym, but as exercise equipment. The Bluetooth speaker works on a mini-usb, which is usually present, apologies if this was not the case. Additional guest fees are common above two guests as this increases the cleaning burden. I’m not sure what you mean about the towels, but they are absolutely washed and bleached before use. The cleaner then folds them for display.
