17. Pet Waste Service: $18 a week for a Pet Waste service (weekly service) is non-negotiable for dogs.
18. Pet Nightly Fee: $10 per night per pet fee will be collected after booking is made, or may be included in a pre-approval.

This home is kept in a very clean state, we will charge for pet damage if applicable.
