This is a spacious, new and very pleasing 3 bedroom home with 2 baths. The living room has a sofa bed for 1 additional guest.

Other things to note
We’ve been hosting now for a year and proud that our guests have had great experiences in our property. The house comes with coffee, tea pot, shampoo and conditioner as well as hand soaps for guests.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels in the laundry room Please remove pillow cases to know which beds were used.
Please clear out fridge and put trash is in the trash can in the kitchen. There is an additional trash bin by the back door.
Turn all lights off, except front door Disconnect small appliances.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Host was fantastic and went above and beyond for us. Home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that perfectly suited our needs. The property perfectly suited our needs as my dearest friend in town for a surgery and recovery. Close to the Medical Center, Costo, Walmart, HEB and many fabulous restaurants. If my friend ever needs to return for medical help in San Antonio, this will be the absolute first one that I will look to book. Easily my best rental experience!
