Spend your vacation at 401 Holly Avenue perfectly located in Cape May Point just steps to Lake Lily. Built in 2018, this four bedroom, three and 1/2 bath home offers sleeping for 10 and great indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. The first floor features a roomy foyer and sitting area, the first of two Primary Suites (king bed) with a private full bath, two additional bedrooms (queen bed and one bedroom with 1 twin and 1 pyramid bunk with queen on bottom and twin on top), a second full bathroom, and laundry room. This desirable upside down home allows for sun filled open space living with a cozy living room, gas fireplace, dining area, and top of the line kitchen with a 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, wine cooler, and microwave. The counter tops are marble, and the island includes a second sink. The second floor screened-in and covered porch has a unique window system installed which allows for very comfortable use almost year-round and is the perfect, private spot to relax after your day at the beach or bird watching. A second Primary Suite (king bed) with private bathroom, and a powder room complete the second floor. The landscaped backyard is very private with mature trees, a koi pond, beautiful perennial gardens, as well as a gas firepit, and an outdoor shower. Park your car and enjoy all that Cape May Point has to offer. Some of the photos will feature artwork and furniture that may be changed prior to check - in.
