Great house for family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was perfect group meals. The teenagers and young adults loved the game room and theater.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! We had 15 people and 2 pets stay at the lake house and there was enough space for all of us!We had so much fun enjoying the lake and the game room. 4 stars because it is a drive away for any rentals and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Lots of activities for both adults and kids located right off the lake. This beautiful home came with everything from personal essentials, cooking, and water toys. No service once you make it to the spot but the wifi did not disappoint.

Beautiful lake house.

The house is huge and gorgeous and immaculately clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with the 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard, and lily pad and had fun in the game room when it rained. Hot tub was lovely too.

It's not a busy part of the Lake. Great for boating and waverunner.

What makes this property unique

Bring your boat. There is a nice dock and boat slip. We are in the area of 56 MM. Launch your boat at the marina before coming to the home. Coffman Bend Marina, you pass it on the way. Bring a lock and leave your trailer at the marina. There are no parking trailers down at the home. There is no turnaround road. Thank you,
The open area, Climax Springs 56 MM, is excellent for boating, tubing, and skiing.
Fire pit along the shoreline.
For boat rentals, we suggest booking online with Station 46 Marina. They will pick you up at the dock, take you over to do paperwork, and you will leave with your boat rentals. Call 573-895-6001 for more information.
