Welcome to Brownstone!

This home is set up with one of the best views of the lake!!! Located at the 34.5 MM, this 3,636 sq ft, 4 bedroom (plus loft), 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will be amazed at all of the features: including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The closets are extra large and even have a bunk beds in one of them for additional sleeping quarters for children. The view from every room is amazing! Inviting palm trees add that special touch as you take in the view on the wrap around porch.

House includes 28' and 38' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 5 TVs, blu-ray DVD player, Sonos sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice machine, and floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views and natural light. The patio offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water. Gas grill island with a mini fridge and a Blackstone Griddle for outdoor cooking.
All bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens included. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.

Located near the Hurricane Deck Bridge off of Hwy 5, this house is conveniently located 5 minutes from Woods Supermarket and 15 minutes to Walmart Supercenter. Several area restaurants and bars are located within a short boating or driving distance and include Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom’s Bar & Grill (with waterslides for little and “big” kids), Chic's N Dix country bar, Branding Iron Bar & Grill, Larry’s on the Lake, and Fish & Company. For those looking for boat rentals, we have several Tri-toon boats for rent.

This property was comfortable and had everything we needed! Great for large families. I will say the deck needs some repairs but overall the kitchen was fully equip and the game room was a hit for the kids. Views were 10/10 and the sound system was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely give this home five stars. The lake views are incredible! You can see water from every window, and the sunsets were beautiful.We traveled with multiple generations, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The game room was a hit, and we loved fishing off the dock.We loved the sound system, especially the speakers on the patio and dock. We visited over Easter weekend, and the location was perfect as a central meeting spot for family traveling from Illinois, Kansas City, and Mizzou.Great views, great amenities, and great for families! The lake views really are something special — being able to see the water from so many areas of the home and catch those sunsets never gets old. I’m glad you were able to enjoy time out on the dock fishing as well — those are some of the best lakefront moments. It’s also great to hear the game room and sound system were a hit! The patio and dock speakers are definitely a fun feature for enjoying music while relaxing outside and taking in the views. Thank you for mentioning the location too. The brownstone house was a an excellent venue. We had family motorcycle trip with 13 individuals. Plenty of room to visit, hang out, and spend time with family. The large hot tub was well maintained and enjoyable.Due to the weather, we were not able to enjoy the motorcycle trip fully, but the game room was very beneficial to fill our time. We had reserved a boat to use on the lake, again the weather was not compatible to boating, and we got a full refund in a timely manner. The full windows on the side of the house made the lake enjoyable to watch as the rainy weather came in.Watching the water birds was enjoyable as well. From the cranes to the mother geese and gosling’s. We fed him some bread at the dock.Anthony was wonderful to work with. Maintenance man Derek was very helpful and took care of any issues we had in a timely manner.

Even with the weather not fully cooperating, I’m glad the game room, hot tub, and comfortable gathering spaces helped make the trip enjoyable. The floor-to-ceiling lake views really are special during all seasons and weather conditions, and it sounds like you were still able to experience the peaceful side of the lake while watching the birds and wildlife from the home and dock. Those quiet moments are some of the best memories at the lake. I also appreciate you mentioning the boat rental refund process. We always want guests to feel taken care of, even when weather impacts plans outside of anyone’s control. Thank you as well for the kind words about communication and our team. Derek works hard to make sure guests are taken care of quickly, and I’m glad both of us were able to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.
