Our family had a thrill to stay at Coombs Loghouse for the week! The property offers you everything you need to feel at home. David was a fantastic host, providing us tons of information of upcoming events and restaurants. The house was filled with beautifully unique antiques, which created an unforgettable atmosphere. Great central location and the property is enormous. So many cool and eclectic things in the house to see. The only negative is that the place gets hot in the summer. It does have AC but could use an upgrade there. Plenty of ventilation options though so it’s good once the sun begins to go down.

Relaxing Vacation

David is an excellent host and his property is wonderful. My husband and I felt at home with our two dogs for the week we stayed. Our dogs particularly enjoyed watching the bunnies and the deer when they visited the yard. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking and baking needs. The bed is comfortable and the property is quiet. We will definitely be booking with David again!

Great property, location and vacation

We were really pleased with our stay here, it was better than we had expected. Probably the best property we’ve ever stayed at with our dogs. Large property with forest, trails and a beautiful stream for the dogs and us to play in. Very eclectic furnishings and stuff in the house that added to the experience. The fireplace inside was great to have on cold nights and for the experience. We read reviews complaining about cleanliness and a “worn” property that were totally off track. This is a cabin in the woods, it should have a rustic feel to it, but the bathroom, kitchen and beds were all clean and had all the amenities we needed. Tons of toys for adults and kids were available too! We will stay here again. Thank you David.
