Beautiful Beachfront 2 BR-2 Bath Condo —No Pets—

Capistrano #201 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf-front/Beachfront condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Seacrest/Inlet Beach, just west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The 1175 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 with 2 queens and queen sofa bed with premium gel mattress in living room. We are on the 2nd floor of a quiet, 9-unit Spanish-style building with professionally manicured landscaping that includes palm trees, gardens, a fountain, spacious backyard/play area, a sunset deck' , communal charcoal BBQ, parking, and bike rack. Our 2nd floor corner unit is ideal in this building--high enough for a view of the ocean, with only one flight of stairs when carrying luggage or groceries. No pool --but no pool necessary with the gentle Gulf waves!

Our beach is not crowded, like some others. Also, we have a coded beach access gate to limit access to our walkover and beach waterfront.

Splendid panoramic views from inside and out! On your private balcony with a bistro table and 4 swivel armchairs, dine outside, watch the dolphins and gorgeous sunsets, do your e-mail or write that novel! (There is an electrical outlet on the deck). All the conveniences of home with fully equipped designer kitchen, large flat screen TV’s, stereo system, Free wireless high speed internet, and washer-drier. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with tub-shower . guest bath has glass block shower. We have three HD TV’s with Netflix and Smart Apps, so bring your streaming passwords or sign up for free 30 day trial while staying.

Location on 30A is 2 mi. West of Rosemary Beach and 1 mi. West of Aly's Beach and close to historic Seaside, between Destin and Panama City Beach--close to many independent restaurants, shops and art galleries. We are also close to Pier Park which offers movies and popular shopping. Beach chair and umbrella rentals with daily set up services, bike and kayak rentals are widely available. (Google 30a beach services).

Only 19 miles and 25 minutes from the Panama City/ NW Florida Beaches (ECP) airport!

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO landline phone in the unit. Also, we have recently added new , colorful comforters and shams to both bedrooms, to add to the upscale feel of our unit, and to get away from the “only white sheets”, cold, post -Covid look! These comforters are not laundered after each stay by our agency, but are easily laundered in our full size washer and drier.

Location is amazing. The beach was not crowded at all for our visit! The unit was in tip-top shape! The only negative was the people moving in and out of the unit above us at the crack of dawn, and the next group of kids sounded like a herd of elephants. Not very soundproof. I would definitely stay here again!

Capistrano 201 the best, most relaxing vacation

This might be the quietest stretch of beach along 30A. We stayed end of May and there was barely one row of beach umbrellas. The condo has everything we needed...beautiful, clean, and well-stocked European-style kitchen with comfortable beds and a living room that features views of the gulf. We had fun every night going down to the sunset deck on the large back garden of Capistrano. We will stay here again !!

Great location

This condo was exactly as listed with a great view of the ocean and a beach that is not crowded. Jake’s Beach Service was right below the condo so it was a short walk back and forth. FYI: Quite a climb from the beach so not suitable for the infirmed. The condo was well appointed with all the comforts of home. The best restaurants in the area are a short drive/Uber away. I would definitely stay there again.

PERFECT LOCATION!

Beautiful gulf view right on 30A

This property was exactly what we wanted; instant access to the beach and a great location on 30A close to restaurants and shops. The patio is great for breakfast in the morning or relaxing after putting the kids to bed. The kitchen is modern and stocked with all of the cookware and utensils that we needed. We will definitely be back.

Back to School girl weekend

I stayed at Capistrano 201 for a long weekend with my sister and two young daughters for a back to school weekend. I chose this property for its direct beach access, easy parking, and proximity to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and as described in the listing. The only suggestion I would make for the owner would be a couple blankets. The beds only had sheets and none of the chairs or couch in the living room had one either. Late in the evenings when we have finally cooled off and are ready to settle in for a movie it would have been nice for the kiddos to be able to snuggle in and fall asleep. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again next year for our girl weekend trip.

Relaxing getaway

We have stayed at many places on 30A and this was one of the best. We spent most of our time on the balcony and on the beach. The views are beautiful. Just an FYI the guest bath is not attached to guest bedroom. Also, if you have mobility issues this is probably not the place for you. The second floor gives beautiful views but stairs may be an issue for some. Like most spots on 30A there are also a number of stairs to get to the beach. It was not a problem for us - just helped increase our daily step count. It is possible to walk to Crabby Steve's from the unit. The beach is not crowded. The owner and manager were always responsive to any questions. If you want a relaxing stay in a nice condo with a beautiful view this unit gives you that.

Christmas 2021 at Capistrano # 201

We ( 2 ppl ) stayed here for 5 nights. A fantastic location on 30-A. Near everything. The view and sunsets from the balcony were awesome. The property is clean, beautiful, quiet and well equipped. Sheets, towels all fresh. Overall, very easy to park and load-in. Living room furniture was comfortable, deck furniture perfect for cocktails and reading. The kitchen was fantastic. Loved the sub zero refrigerator. Powerful WiFi signal and any program imaginable available on state of the art AV equipment in living room with sound system When we opened the balcony doors in the morning, the surf sounded like we were right at the water's edge. Even though check-in time isn't until 4:00PM, condo management texted us at 9AM on day of check-in to say the condo was ready and we could arrive at anytime - was much appreciated. The owners leave lots of helpful tips around unit and respond immediately. We would definitely consider a return trip to this condo.

We stayed here for Christmas 5 nights and had the best time. The condo is beautiful & well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The owners are wonderful & responsive & we had great weather. What more can you ask for ? I highly recommend this property. We'll be back.

A good vacation stay

It was clean and decently supplied. However there were a few minor things that should have been fixed before we arrived. The under-counter lights in the kitchen, especially over the stove, were burned out, leaving it in the dark. There was also a slow water leak in the hall bath drain. But, when we called for maintenance they got right over and fixed the lights, which was nice. Also our internet was down about 1/2 a day but maintenance checked back with us later in the day to make sure it was back on.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The view is wonderful. Location is close to Alys Beach and Rosemary, but a little farther from Seaside. The condo itself was spacious and as advertised. Overall the property was a great place to stay. Kitchen was fully appointed, there were plenty of towels, the appliances were updated, and the patio was great. Would definitely recommend.

Nice quiet beach and beautiful view.

We loved the layout of the place because you could see the gulf from the living area and kitchen. The balcony was roomy with really nice furniture. The appliances were new and very nice. The only minor complaint was the sand that the cleaning people missed. It was in the dryer and the living room. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Disappointing for us

This property was not was what we expected--it was very dark inside, very little natural light --paint colors didn't help it look bright and airy. No view of the actual beach due to tall shrubs. We checked out after one night--and our clothes that we'd hung in the closet just overnight, smelled slightly musty! On the plus side, location to restaurants and shops was good. We had hoped for a bright, beachy atmosphere and this didn't have that for us.

We bought this condo on our first visit--lovely Spanish-style building, great landscaping, beautiful designer kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous beach views! It's a lovely area with lots to do. Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beach offer charming independent shops and restaurants and often have events such as Wine tasting, Arts and Crafts festivals, Farmers' Markets, Flea markets etc.

What makes this property unique

This unit has the ideal location--between Seaside and Rosemary Beach--on the 30A walking/running/bike path. The second floor is also ideal with The gulf view and only one flight of stairs. When you want a break from the designer kitchen and dolphin watching on the balcony, there are numerous bike rentals, quaint shops, bars and restaurants close by. Beach chair and umbrella rental companies on 30A with daily set up services are plentiful.
