This unit has been totally renovated and updated with today's finest appointments. All new carpet, stained concrete floors on the first level with a custom rug. Crown molding through out. The owners are interior designers and artist. The furniture, lighting, accessories and original art are all unique creative works of the owners and like no other oceanfront town home in the area.
The highest quality furniture, appliances, and treatments through out the home. There are only eight units, so this makes for a more peaceful and relaxing setting compared to the areas with 'Tall towers'.
No buildings are allowed more than four stories on Scenic County East Hwy 30-A.

The town home sits on a 30 foot bluff with a beautiful yard overlooking the beach. It is just a few paces down the stairs and you are on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are only eight units in our complex, so it makes it very private and enjoyable place to visit.
Scenic Hwy 30-A has over 25 four star restaurants on this sixteen mile stretch. Many unique shops where you will see things you don't see any where else. We are minutes from Destin and Panama City Beach. We now have the exciting new 'Pier Park' only 15 minutes away with theatres and over 900,000 square feet of shopping and dining. The area is known for regularly having wine festivals, free outdoor concerts, and even free outdoor movies.
This was our 4th time staying. As always, we had everything we needed and everything was clean and very nice. Coop and Peggy are the best! Great vacation spot!
This was our 3rd time staying here. We love it and feel it's a true blessing! The place was again so clean and nice. It's wonderful to have everything you could possibly need at your finger tips. The ocean view's from the balcony was beautiful and this time of year was the best. Coop and Peggy, thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely condo. We are truly looking forward to returning next spring.
We stayed for a week in August and loved the location and the view. Coop and Peggy have furnished this condo with all the extra things you need. When we arrived there were paper products, soap and coffee filters, so we did not have to run to the store immediately! The dishwasher is top notch and very quiet. . This location is perfect for a small dog as there is a grassy patch right outside the door! We will return!
My family recently stayed at this townhome in Seacrest. We have been vacationing along 30A for 17 years, and this was the nicest home we have had the opportunity to enjoy. The property was beautifully decorated and contained everything needed to make it feel like home. The location was perfect. We enjoyed biking daily, excellent restaurants, and of course the sand and crystal clear water. We hope to return soon.
Second time for us and hopefully many more in the future. Coop and Peggy are the very best! This place is as wonderful as it was last year. Everything one would need is so conveniently located. (Great restaurant's, shops and seafood) The condo was warm and inviting, had everything we needed. Beach is great also. Thanks again for letting us stay.
This was our third visit to Coop and Peg's warm and cozy condo and the views, the amenities, the unique decor and artwork keep us coming back again and again. When we walked through the front door it was like coming home, the place is so comfortable and welcoming. The first morning we got up and went on the top deck off the Master Bedroom and imagine our surprise to see a large pod of dolphins chasing a school of fish. This is a fairly common occurrence but it is always such a joy to behold. We took long walks on the incredible white sand beach, swam in the crystal clear emerald water, ate delicious early birds dinners at Vue on 30a in Santa Rosa and Paradis in Rosemary (both highly recommended), bought the yummiest fresh peel and eat shrimp at the new Publix in Watercolor (fantastic supermarket about 5 minutes away) rode bikes along the amazing trail right outside the front door along 30A, and had many amazing happy hours looking at the ocean and watching the sunsets. We love this location, very quiet, but close to plenty of things to do and see. It is ultimately our idea of the perfect beach vacation and getaway and perfect condo to do it in. WE SHALL RETURN . . .
