There are Four Smart T.V.'s, a One Car Garage and a PORCHE available to rent as well! (Proof of DL, insurance and $25 per day). Close to Local Restaurants and shopping. Centrally located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Shop El Paseo Palm Desert by day and cruise a convertible Porcha by night, down Palm Canyon - Palm Springs. When you are taking it easy, Big Beautiful Pool in your own back yard. Very Relaxing and Private.

So many things make this property special. My favorite part is the outdoor living. A large beautiful salt water pool, heated. Out door hammock, bathroom and shower. BBQ of coarse, also, a fire pit, coaches and pool floats.
