Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Your own private dock w/ kayaks to enjoy the peaceful sound side. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen and first floor. Wall to wall windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound and the river side of the island. Three of the BR are large (King beds), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in all BR. Great entertaining home!
This 2-story home has a great flow for relaxing and entertaining with family and friends! Walk in to a gracious, 20-foot ceiling entryway that leads to an open floor plan family room, kitchen, and a second family room, all overlooking the water. Open a door off of the kitchen to a big deck that faces the water. For your enjoyment, a brand new hot tub and grill are also on the deck. Steps lead from the deck down to the pier with direct water access to swim, kayak or boat. The home has 4 oversized bedrooms, 3 are en-suite with king-sized beds and large bathrooms with a tub. The 4th bedroom has brand new bunkbeds for 10 children. One of the bedrooms with the connecting full bathrooms is on the first floor and provides a nice option for those who don’t want stairs. The 3 additional bedrooms are upstairs (including the bunkbed room). The home gym is on the first floor. For your enjoyment, the house comes with 2 kayaks and 2 beach cruisers.

I am a Realtor in Washington, DC who owns several investment properties. I love real estate and travel :))). I have been looking for a second home for several years that was close enough to DC to enjoy, but also far enough away to really escape and take advantage of river life on an island. I have fallen in love with Cobb Island and I know you will too! Only one hour and 20 minutes from DC, so easy to get to for a long weekend or midweek getaway with the best crab cakes in the world! My home is also close to a ton of wedding venues if you want a fun weekend. I'm so excited for you to bring your family and friends and experience this easy and relaxing vacation home on the water!
