Comfortable modern home in quiet, Potomac Shores neighborhood with access to beach, dock and boat slip.
We have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Our stair-free, one-level home is welcoming to everyone. Bring your dog, good boys are welcome too!
Prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen and gather around our large dining table for a meal or card game. Enjoy free coffee (regular and decaf) with the push of a button. There are two common sitting areas, each with a smart TV, so plenty of room to spread out and relax.

There are two comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and luxurious en suite bathroom with a large spa-like shower and modern, bidet toilet. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and a twin sized trundle bed. The second large bathroom has a soaking tub and separate shower.
Outside the house you will find ample off-street parking for everyone’s vehicle and your trailered boat. Enjoy a cookout in our fully fenced backyard with the gas grill, pellet smoker, outside table, and plenty of seating.
Spend some time at the beach, a short walk away. We have beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler available for guest use.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We so enjoyed our stay. Being VRBO owners ourselves, we often compare where we are going to our own place. Wow, this is the first of many that just totally met our expectations. And being able to bring our dogs and have access to a fenced yard was amazing. Our own property has a fenced yard as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better. The bathrooms are over the top wonderful and that coffee maker was beyond anything I have ever seen. If you ever want to come and stay at my house in New Bern, please reach out. Our stay at the this house was super! Pictures do not truly tell the real story of this amazing house. The interior was remarkable (the kitchen had everything you needed and then some). The coffee maker in the dining area was a treat. The yard was perfect for the pupper's- fenced in and big enough to chase a ball. The gas grill made a perfect steak. I could go on and on...Ken is a super host and got right back to us with with any questions we had during our stay. Thanks
