Escape to the Pacific Northwest for a serene stay at this modern tiny home situated on Morse Creek. Built-in 2020, this contemporary abode offers a spacious feel despite its compact size, with tall ceilings and an open layout. Sleeping four comfortably, it boasts a full kitchen, bar seating, a dining area, and a cozy living room. Choose between the double bed and double sofa bed for a restful night's sleep. Cooking is a breeze with the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, appliances, and utensils.

Step outside and immerse yourself in nature with a small backyard, fire pit, and hand-crafted seating by the creek. A highlight of the property is the outdoor nook, complete with comfortable seating and a fireplace for roasting marshmallows and grilling up some BBQ.

Guests will have access to the entire home, abundant parking, free wifi, complimentary coffee, and smores. Outside, Guests will have access to a wrap-around patio overlooking the creek, a private outdoor lounge area with a fireplace, a supply of firewood, and a backyard with a fire pit.

The neighborhood is situated in the Four Seasons Home Association, a quaint but cute little neighborhood, a good location, and near all of the main attractions. The neighborhood does feature older mobile homes, although it is safe and peaceful.

- We love dogs but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $75 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)

- Please no shoes on the carpet or within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.

- Our home is on a septic system so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.

- If you plan to use any of the extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard Etc, Please clean up after yourself, we don't want any littering outside.

- Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.

- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services, we keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.

- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect, we are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.

- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.

- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate. However, we can not offer outage-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy and would recommend getting trip insurance in case you do need to cancel last minute.
