A luxurious apartment at the Dawn Beach Bay on the eastern coast St. Maarten which offers a heavenly view of the bay and turquoise waters.
A spacious living room open onto the terrace with a direct and privacy access to the garden and the beachfront. Very comfortable with large flat screen TV American channels, free WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room.
One master bedroom suite with a direct access to the terrace and with its own bathroom and dressing area. Two other bedroom suites sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have flat screen TV’s.
You can enjoy restaurant and bar, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, gas BBQ, daily activities (aquagym, karaoke, …).
The apartment is at the ground floor level, fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and with a free private parking access.
The apartment has the benefits of a hotel and provides bed linen and towels, everyday cleaning, laundry services (in addition of washing machine and dryer in the apartment), 24-hour concierge staff ready to assist guests with special requests.
Downtown Philipsburg is only at 10 minutes away, the fishing village of Grand Case is 15 minutes away.
