This penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with ocean view, a living room with TV and a balcony with lagoon view.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the main one with a full bathroom, hammock, TV, A/C and incredible sea view. In the second bedroom there is a TV, a full bathroom, and A/C with lagoon view.
On the second floor, there is an open area ideal for spending time or sleeping, a full bathroom with no entrance door and direct access from the stairs, a living room, two sofa beds, and a hammock with balconies facing the lagoon and the sea, this is our favorite space.
It also has high-speed internet and a mesh system that allows Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, making it ideal for working.
The residential complex has a pool and wading area, tennis court, laundry, cafe, convenience store, public bathrooms, private access to the beach, lifeguards, and 24-hour security.
