Family vacation

We had a great time in Cancun. The property is wonderful, pictures do not do justice. Location is fantastic, secure and quiet. Walking distance to shopping, beach and restaurants. The roof top pool and amenities in the building are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. A few improvements in deep cleaning (furniture and bathrooms) and extra supplies (trash bags, paper towel, cleaning supplies) are needed but we would still give the property 5 stars. Thank you!!

Great for a digital nomad!

Rock solid WIFI and a great place to work from. The Puerto Cancun galleria mall is right across the street and along with lots of stores and restaurants, has an Oxxo convenience store hidden in the back. A handy place to score your water, beer and snacks. The Walmart grocery store is about a 20-25 minute walk. Overall the unit was as advertised and very good. Clean, safe, well maintained.

Great facility and service overall. Trash management system is not convenient. Have to walk a block outside to drop in a barrel. One of the showers didn’t drain even after it was serviced. Additional cleaning service option should be provided.we requested with extra pay however no option available. The reception personnel was very professional and responsive. Thank you.

Good Experience

The unit itself was great and everyone in my party enjoyed their room, the kitchen, and the living room, but there were a few issues. The showerhead in the main bedroom was dysfunctional. There was no way to use it without water spilling to the floor. They need to replace it. Maybe the 2nd or 3rd evening we started hearing a beeping from something that we could not find. It was pretty annoying, but tolerable. The property is in a nice location, but it's not really walking distance to anything worthwhile except the mall. No coffee shops or any areas with much personality nearby. Lastly, they only provided 1 key for 4 adult guests. I didn't ask for an additional but it would have been nice for it to have been the default upon check in. Overall, we liked the condo and it was mostly what we expected.

El apartamento está en la mejor zona de Cancún (Puerto Cancún ) cerca de la marina y el centro comercial. La propiedad es muy linda y súper espaciosa y cómoda, el staff y host muy amables y dispuestos. No me encanto que el acceso a la playa es restringido (no pudimos hacer uso del club de playa) y ningún tipo de servicio en esta misma . Todo lo demás resultó muy agradable , definitivamente regresaría!

We had a wonderful stay. It is at a great location close to stores and close to the Hotel zone. Very secure and clean. We enjoyed the pool on days that we didn’t want to go out and the gym. It has a nice area for little kids as well. Do you recommend!

The place looked even better than the pictures. The neighborhood is extremely safe and convenient The apartment is very clean, we used the rooftop bar and pool every employee in that building was nice. 100% booking again ☺️

Amazing Condo!!!!

The view was everything. The rooms were spacious with 2 walk in closets, plus on suite bathrooms, and a bathroom down the hall. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was AMAZING!! The location was great. Right by a mall. We literally walked their 2 mins. Armando was amazing with helping me organize transportation the whole trip, as well giving me the info to get our Covid tests done. Which Ariadna came to the condo and did them. My stay here was amazing. Thank you!!!

El lugar es limpio y muy cómodo. Está en frente de la plaza por lo que te puedes ir caminando, desafortunadamente está entre dos calles y no tiene beach club como otras estancias o por lo menos no nos lo mencionaron, pero tiene una albera con muy bonita vista y acceso a bar.
