Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A one-bedroom vintage-style apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, gas log fireplace in open living area. High ceilings, large windows and plenty of natural light. Workspace offers a large desk with reliable internet. Large front porch & screened back porch. Queen sized-bed in the bedroom with in-suite bathroom, walk out tile shower. Peaceful property sits on 2-acres located 3 miles from the Buffalo River/Buffalo River access area.

Cute apartment near the river

Very clean and nicely decorated. Kim was a great host. The only issues we had were that the bed was extremely firm and there was no comfortable furniture in the living area. Otherwise a great place to stay.

A Wonderful Visit

We recently traveled to Arkansas and had the pleasure of staying at the Baker Ford apartment. We picked this location as it was central to many hiking trails, sites to see and of course, in the 100% zone of the Solar Eclipse. We traveled far and wide visiting many different locations that were within driving distance to Baker Ford. It was wonderful after our busy and fun filled days to retreat back to the quiet, peace and tranquility of Baker Ford. The apartment is wonderfully decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay. This included a fenced yard for our pup! Our host, Kimberley was an exceptional host. She made sure that we had everything we needed and offered helpful insight to the surrounding area. She made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend a stay at Baker Ford. You will not regret it! Thank you Kimberley for sharing your home with us!

Country nature retreat

Cute little country apartment! This was a great place to stay on our adventure to kayak the Buffalo River, as the drop off spot for kayaking was very close by. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to and watching over 20 bird species. The owner was friendly and available to meet any needs.

Trip with grandson.

The apt was adorable. It was very clean and was furnished very cute. My 10 yr old grandson's favorite part was the record player. He played some old album from the early 70's over and over. The apt was only 15 mins from Grinder's Ferry, an access point on the river. It was beautiful. We had a great week. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Corner

If I had stayed here for just a weekend, I'd have given this place five stars. It truly is a cozy Corner of Arkansas with multiple beautiful outdoor seating areas, cute decor, and very convenient to the river (though we were visiting family in the area, and that made it super convenient for us.) But after a couple days, little things started to annoy me, like the very firm spring bed or how the light in the shower went out, or how we couldn't use the light switches for turning off and on lights because then the fans would turn on and off too (but truly just a small annoyance, since there were multiple lights in each room). Honestly couldn't have found anything better for the price.
