"The Sunshine Shack" is the perfect place to getaway, relax, and enjoy one of the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches"!


The house is just 2 blocks from the Beach and adjacent to Beach Access #89. A short 3-minute walk and your toes will be in the sand! :)


"The Sunshine Shack" is a newly remodeled Panama City Beach house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great outdoor covered patio, and a private pool.

The house is a 3 min walk to beach and is the situated on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach only a 20 min drive from the Panama City Beach (ECP) airport. It's perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation with family or friends. Our beach is less crowded but still close to restaurants, grocery stores, and all the shopping and activities Panama City Beach has to offer.

Bright, spacious, and comfortable - the "Sunshine Shack" offers everything you need for your next beach vacation. The house has an open floor plan, comfortable furniture, kitchen appliances, full-size washer & dryer, smart TVs in living room & 2 bedrooms, new mattresses, bed & bath linens, in-ground, swimming pool, an outdoor grill, and covered patio with fans for drinks and dining.

You will find 1 king bedroom with a comfy sitting area, and a full bath. There are also 3 other generous bedrooms all appointed with queen beds and a shared full bathroom.

Just off the kitchen is an island with bar stool seating as well as an extended dining table that seats 8+. The spacious living room has 2 sofas, and 2 large, comfortable chairs, and TV. The adjacent hallway leads to the pool, covered patio, and gas grill located in the large, private fenced in backyard. The rectangular-shaped pool is surrounded by comfortable chaise lounge chairs providing a perfect oasis for swimming, sunning or reading!

We are located in Sunnyside near Kiska Beach with an easy 1.5 mile drive to the Publix or Winn-Dixie supermarkets. It's also just a short drive to Inlet/Rosemary Beach to the West or to Pier Park to the East. Both offer great dining, shopping, beach bars, boating, golf, tourist attractions, and a variety of activities.

Whatever your pleasure, "The Sunshine Shack" is the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy your next beachside vacation!

Short walk to the beach….

The house was spacious and clean. It definitely was accommodating for all 8 of us! The pool was perfect after coming back from the beach. I loved the space outside for grilling and just hanging out. We will be coming back again soon!

Wonderful family vacation getaway

Spent Thanksgiving week here and absolutely LOVED our stay - lots of seating both inside and out. Granddaughters swam n the pool daily and a block from beach - we very much enjoyed our Thanksgiving away ❤️

Everything about our trip was a positive experience, from preparing to checking out. Amy was quick to respond to pre-planning questions as well as checking during our stay. Absolutely Perfect!

If I could give more stars, I would. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. The back yard and pool area were perfect for our family. We will definitely be back to this property!

Great place for a beach stay!

Amy's place was the perfect place for our beach trip. Close enough to enjoy everything, but set in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Checkin was simple and communication with Amy was excellent! We will definitely consider The Sunshine Shack for future vacations!

Great vacation spot

This was a great place to stay. The house was plenty big enough for the 8 people we had staying. Beautiful house, large covered patio with a pool and a short walk to the beach. The owners were very easy to reach if needed. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again. We loved it!

Absolutely perfect beach house!

The house was just as described and Amy was an incredible host! Just a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood make for an awesome vacation! Our annual family PCB vacation this year was absolutely the best. If you're looking for a perfect location without the crowd but still close enough to everything fun if you want it. This is it. Great Family Vacation Home!

Our family of 8 (and an infant) stayed for 7 nights, and we had a wonderful, relaxing week! The house was more than big enough to accommodate us all and was very clean upon arrival. The private pool was perfect for our family after enjoying time at the beach which was only a short walk from the house. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Amazing Summer Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside. The beach access is a super close walk which we loved. The house has so much room and we loved the fenced in backyard with a private pool. We were able to grill out as well. The host, Amy, was an amazing host and was very easy to contact if we had any questions. The rooms and living area were very spacious. We definitely recommend this beach house to anyone and would love to stay again in the future!

Perfect 6 days

The Sunshine Shack lived up to its name. The pool and outdoor space were great! 2 blocks to the beach and stores within 1-2 miles. Amy was fantastic. Very responsive to all our questions and requests. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality.

Beautiful home

First off, pictures doesn’t do this house justice. It was large and perfect for 7 mostly adults. The property owner communicated great our entire stay. Would definitely be back.

Quiet area

We had everything we needed in a great location! The public beach access #89 was directly across Front Beach Rd from the neighborhood, truly just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Amy was great to work with…we would definitely rent from her again. The house was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, we used the pool a lot! Our group was all adults, so we loved that this house has one king and three queen bedrooms.

Perfection!

Absolutely perfect property! I tried to buy it from the owners! Spacious layout, well decorated and appointed, easy 1.5 block walk to the beach, quiet/pretty neighborhood, convenient parking, fast walk/drive to grocery, amazing backyard and pool. Owners were very helpful. LOVED it!

Awesome place

Let’s start with the communication. I have rented many places to stay at the beach and communication was always a pain not here. Amy is very quick to answer any questions and will help in any way she can. The house was great very clean and perfect for our vacation with friends and family. A short 3 minute walk to the beach from the house. The pool and turf yard provides great times for the family after a long day at the beach. So many great thing about the place and the owner will definitely rent from them again.

Spring break getaway

We had such a great week at sunnyside! I traveled down there with 5 kids ranging in age from 9-17, and there was something for everyone. The pool was amazing and such a great hang out spot. We grilled out a few times and the kids played games in the yard and swam. The home is perfectly located close to the beach, and we loved the short walk over there. The host had amazing communication with me throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out! The kitchen is nice and big and had all of the appliances we could have wanted, the beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and hope to come back! Thank you for the great week!!
