We furnish a full range of starter supplies with each stay including an array of kitchen spices, coffee and teas, creamer and sugar, paper towels, kitchen linens, dish washing supplies, laundry supplies, cleaning products, toiletries, a generous amount of toilet paper, extra sheets and towels, sewing kit, first-aid kit, plus other popular essentials.

Absolutely perfect

This is an excellent property for 1-2 people, especially for long term stays. All of the comforts of home are included. I really enjoyed the full kitchen and being able to prepare meals.

this is the best option over a hotel, your in a neighborhood minutes away from everything. no parking hassles and 10 minutes from the mall ,sams and all the shopping areas. I will recommend to anyone for a medium stay in the area.

The interior of the apartment had everything you needed, was very clean and described accurately. The host was very attentive, inquiring mid-stay how things were going, did I need anything, and basic chit-chat. Everything indoors was in fine working order as well. When it comes down to brass tacks, you receive excellent value for what you pay.

Convenient!

The location was pretty central in terms of being close to anything we needed. The condo was mostly just a place to sleep so it worked out well but if I were to have had an extended stay, I would have been more bothered that there wasn’t a couch. Since it’s August, the back porch was the perfect place to drink my morning coffee. In a couple months, I think it would probably be more comfortable to have a couch to snuggle up on in the morning. All in all, I was very pleased with the place and appreciated that I didn’t have to run out for coffee because it was generously supplied 🙂

Working in Denver long term

It's the little things... A sturdy ice cream scoop (most are flimsy and really don't work). Colorado has a strange (to me) rule about shopping bags, Daniel provided reusable bags. I am a smoker, there was an ashtray on the balcony. I had some equipment delivered by UPS, the shipment was split by the distributor and half came by USPS (to a locked box I did not have access to). I shot a message off, and when I returned home from work it was sitting on the desk.The listing is spot on accurate. I stayed here for a total of 6 months. The property is quiet and easily accessible up a half flight of stairs.The next time I need to spend time in the Denver metro area, this will be my 1st inquiry.Excellent communication, excellent accomodation and a wonderful host.Thank you, Daniel. You made every encounter and transaction so smooth and easy.
