The house was lovely and exactly what we needed for a week with extended family. Hosted 12 adults comfortably with beds for everyone and enough shared space for everyone to hang out together. The layout was perfect- one floor with shared space in the center and bedrooms off each corner. The pool and downstairs entertaining area were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! The house was perfect and very well stocked with everything that you might need. We were there for Thanksgiving and lacked for nothing in the kitchen. Truly the best house I have ever stayed in! We will book again for sure!

Perfect place when traveling with 4 little ones (7,5,3,2) and grandparents. Kitchen was awesome everything needed to cook all meals( we did) and package leftovers. Appreciated extra refrigeration and freezer in lower level. We used pool more than beach and did quite a bit of night swimming with kiddies before bed. Layout of home was great and made it easy to know where kids were. Love that it was all on one level. Air conditioning worked great, beds comfortable, skylights made it light and bright especially in bathrooms. All the toys, games, books, puzzles, ad game table at far end of living space was also a feature we greatly enjoyed. Plenty of storage areas!! Used the large walk in closet between entrance and laundry to store all luggage and cases of water etc. all in all perfect! Thank you so much!

Perfect home! Perfect location! Very clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool even though we payed to have it heated it didn’t seem to be heated. That didn’t slow our kids down much. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need minus a corkscrew. Overall, Navarre Beach has become one of my favorite areas in Florida and we would stay here again for sure!

We loved this house for our Navarre Beach vacation! It had everything that we needed, plus beach towels that were not in the original description. It was within walking distance of the beach and the saltwater pool was fantastic. The central location between Destin and Pensacola was great for day excursions. We will definitely keep this house saved in our list of go to places.

Family Vacation

Great outdoor area to sit at night and watch tv, or play cornhole (boards need an upgrade). Gas gill is a plus. After a day at beach , the pool was a great place to relax.

Awesome

This is our second stay at this charming well appointed beach house!!! They literally have thought of EVERYTHING for a perfect vacation with your family. The pool/patio area is a fantastic place to hang out and enjoy the warm weather. We paid extra to heat the pool and it actually heats unlike houses we have stayed in previously. We will definitely book this house again next year for our 8 year of navvare beach vacations and our 3 year at this adorable yellow house

Kids, teens and adults all had fun at the beach and with the pool, sand volleyball, basketball, game table, outdoor swings, etc. It was the perfect location with a short walk to the white sands and clean beach. The home was very clean and we had all we needed plus so much. The staff was really helpful before and during our stay. Our group is ready to go back!

Relaxing environment

There was a cool breeze flowing even on a hot, late June day. Great place to relax and read a book! The only suggestion I would have is when building other homes, put a bathroom downstairs so you don’t have to track water inside. The outdoor shower was a great plus!

Wonderful Family Beach Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Campground in June. The house was wonderful. The space under the house by the pool was perfect for our family and included lots of extras such as floats and beach chairs. The pool is a great size. The house was well stocked. There was plenty of space for our family of 12 to eat dinner. The porches off both the front and back of the house provided private space to have coffee in the mornings. There was a basketball goal that was present in the pictures but wasn't there when we got there. Overall, We were very pleased with everything about this house. The walk to the beach is very short and there is easy access. There were no showers at the public beach to wash feet, etc. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great family house.

Love me some Navarre Beach Coastal Campground

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this house to host my wedding/reception. Plenty of room and the layout inside and out was perfect for my needs. Due to the time of year I did not need to utilize the items that were provided(beach essentials like chairs, floats, beach toys, towels, coolers, etc) but if needed and you are renting during the summer months you will be glad you did and that those things are provided..one less thing to worry about bringing/buying to use. Yes the house has a pool but if you want to go to the beach you will have to walk 2/10 mile to the public parking access boardwalk which I did and it was no problem. I only have two concerns and that was there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels provided and had to go to the store to buy more. Not sure why the owners/mgmt co would think that one roll per bathroom/kitchen would be okay for 15 people staying plus the extra 30-40 extra people for the event would suffice..hoping this was a one time time oversight and not a usual practice decision. Also, the corners of the rug outside was a tripping hazard as the corners started to turn upward causing someone to trip/fall or lose their balance. Overall tho, GREAT HOUSE and would rent again. Owners have thought of every detail to make your stay awesome.

It truly is an amazing home. We appreciate your feedback as well. We are a very transparent company and want all our guests to be thoroughly prepared before arriving. Before your arrival on October 21 and on November 14, we sent you an email letting you know what we supply and what you might want to bring with you. It sounds like you all may have missed those emails. As an industry standard, we provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc which are meant to get you through a day or two until you need to replenish them. However, there should have been at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and that was an oversight on our behalf. Please accept our sincerest apologies. We are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have brought you the other roll of toilet paper - per bathroom - as quickly as possible. We are so sorry that the emails were missed because we want our guests expectations to be exceeded upon every arrival and throughout their stays. We hope this won't keep you from staying with us in the future and we wish you and your partner a very happy and healthy beginning to a beautiful life together. Maybe we will see you for the 1 year anniversary? Thank you again.

PERFECT BEACH HOUSE FOR A FAMILY VACAY!!!

Reviewer Comments: Everything about this house got our rave reviews, and my family of 17 has held a “family camp” at large vacation homes every summer for several years. The open floor plan was great for family gatherings, two tables gave us plenty of seating for meals, the kitchen was extremely well stocked and it was evident the owners were thoughtful about what might be needed for meal prep. Large TV, board games, and bean bags kept the teenagers happy. Outside, the pool was bigger than most we have seen at the beach. The swing area was so enjoyable, even rainy days were happy days because we had plenty of room for games and conversation. The outside shower with hot water was especially popular after the beach, and the guys added shampoo to their showers to open up the inside bathrooms😊Extremely clean accommodations and a very responsive property management team rounded out the already positive experience. Check in was delightful. The beach access was a quick walk, with parking available. We piled a truck with our beach gear and the rest of us walked to the beach. Also, the house was equipped with beach chairs, a sand wagon, beach toys and other beach stuff that was greatly appreciated. The Coastal Beach Camphouse was a family favorite and we would gladly book this house again!

The whole family of 16 really enjoyed our stay. From age 3 to 55! Loved the layout! The kitchen had all appliances and dishes needed. My 5 grandbabies really enjoyed the bunkbed room and all the toys and games! Our most favorite was the Volley Ball net, the awesome patio under the house, and the pool! We loved our stay!
