Let the crickets sing you to sleep in our Cozy “Mountain Air “Home

Quiet little farmland setting with a large yard with wildlife that will pass by frequently- Unwind & Refresh while lounging near the fire pit, roasting marshmallows or just relaxing in our cozy home, plenty of area shopping in the “Sweet Streets "Downtown, antiques, clothing and home goods, restaurants and coffee shops and a couple of great places for Ice cream. Just a few minutes south you’ll also find the Mayfield Dairy where you can tour the facility and even get a cone of Ice cream too-
Also if checking out cows are your thing, there's another great farm to visit, Sweetwater Valley Farms is a great little trip, you can go and do a farm tour and actually see the cows being milked, then go to the cheese shop and sample The made on site cheese ,then head on over to the restaurant and gift shop for a choice of several types of grilled cheese sandwiches and a milkshake , gifts & home decor items.
We are located less than a mile from the Lost Sea attraction, and within an hour from beautiful Bald River Falls and Cherohala Skyway Scenic Parkway, with Lots of other waterfalls, hiking trails and scenic views around the area, & the best roads around for motorcycling and so much more. We are 2 hours from Pigeon Forge and Sevierville TN, the home place of our favorite celebrity Dolly Parton!!! Come sit a while & relax and breathe in the Mountain Air!

Quiet and Relaxing

Rental was cozy and comfortable with all the comforts of home. Attractions were close by and really enjoyed the quaint shops downtown. Highly recommend this rental and hope to stay again if in the area.

Amazing stay!

Perfectly quiet and tucked away from traffic but close to everything in the area. Greeted by a deer on our arrival our stay was perfect. Very clean house and spacious. Great for a base to explore from. Thank you so much Carla!

“Grands” visit

Very clean and comfy! Cute fall decorations made it feel even more cozy. Beautiful property and private with plenty of room inside and out. Slept great and host went above and beyond with the welcome basket and making sure all the basics were there like q-tips, shampoo to to-go containers and more. Would definitely stay again!

September 2023 stay

Nicer than described. Probably the nicest VRBO property I have stayed at. Carla stayed in touch and made sure all was well. Sweetwater is a nice town with plenty to do and is close to other attractions. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxed atmosphere

If you are visiting the area, this is a fantastic 2/2. It is a true 2 bedroom 2 bath, with each bedroom having its own private bath. The location is perfectly in between Madisonville and Sweetwater and allows easy access to all attractions in the area. It is safe, cozy, and comfortable. When I return to Monroe County, I’ll be staying here again. I highly recommend this place.

Very Relaxing & Clean

Carla is amazing! She thought of every little detail. This was a rough trip for us (family member in hospice care), but because of this wonderful VRBO, it made the trip so much easier. We were able to return back to our rental, We will be in touch for our next trip!

Pleasant stay

We came in for a family event and was surprised to find a VRBO within 15 miles of the event. The home was just as described. It was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. Carla also reaches out to you before arrival to get an ETA and make sure you know she is available if you were to need anything. We had a great time and would definitely use again.

We had a great time here. The house is so warm and welcoming, makes you really feel at home. The host was amazing, and super friendly. She responded very quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here if you are coming to the area. You will not be disappointed at all, and it is close enough to everything, but tucked away from it all. Loved every minute we spent here! It really provided the relaxation reset we needed from our non-stop busy lives back home. Thank you for a perfect stay!
