Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
When removing trash, dumpsters can be found at the property entrance off of Hwy 30A.
Please check for your belongings and take or toss all food from the fridge and pantry.
Beds can be left unmade, no need to strip sheets or bedding.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking in the complex for RVs, boats, or trailers.
Please do not leave items/beach equipment by the front door of the unit, or in any shared spaces.
Do not hang towels or clothing off of balcony railing.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, super close to the beach and really cute, comfortable, clean condo for our family. Host was always prompt to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
