Beautiful seventh floor condominium located in the Amelia by the Sea complex. Property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and hosts amazing ocean front views. Amelia by the Sea guests have access to an 800ft fishing pier.
You will enjoy magnificent ocean views from your balcony of this top floor stunner. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2 guest rooms share a hall bathroom which has a bathtub/shower. The first guest room has a queen bed for a comfortable night's sleep, and the second one has 2 queen beds. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit to make it easy to do laundry.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals for the family. The property also has cable and wi-fi for your entertainment.
Your cares will drift away along with the tides of the ocean. Come enjoy all this property has to offer.

Top Floor Beauty with the most fabulous views around. Cable and Wi-Fi are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the property. All the comforts of home. Guests of Amelia by the Sea have access to an 800 foot fishing pier. There are also tennis courts, outdoor grills and an Olympic size swimming pool for your enjoyment.
Directly across the street is a long time favorite restaurant, the Surf. Enjoy local seafood, great drinks and live music.
You can arrange for bike rentals, kayak tours, fishing trips or surf lessons. Fort Clinch, our local state park has private beaches, nature trails and a civil war era fort to explore.
