This condo is close enough to the action yet far enough from the noise. Nicely furnished two bedroom with designated work space. Nice size kitchen for some home cooked meals and ample living room space to lounge on the couch and stream your favorite tv show. Free street parking and designated parking. Two miles from the strip and the airport. Two miles from Sunrise Hospital and 5 miles from Spring Valley Hospital. Red Rock and Lake Las Vegas are just a stone throw away on either side.

Great Unit on the Interior and Very Helpful Manager/Owner

The Manager/Owner was super helpful and communicative on getting us in the unit and feeling comfortable. I had my wife and infant daughter, and once we were in the unit we all felt very comfortable and safe. Our hesitancy was when we first saw the neighborhood it gave us some pause, but again once in the unit it was good. Part of our issue knowing the neighborhood is that you don't get that information even in general ideas from VRBO.

WE DIDN'T STAY BAD LOCATION fearful for our lives. We got confronted as we parked on street. Didn’t even make it out of car!!! TERRIBLE I tried to contact host no response all weekend. ABSOLUTE TRASHY LOCATION. Tried contacting customer service through VRBO was on hold for 20minBEWARE I THINK THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!
