Beautiful five bedroom cottage on the bay located right next to the nature preserve. Use our kayak, or bring your jet skis or small boat and enjoy the bay right in your backyard. Lounge by the pool in the cabana, or hot tub while enjoying beautiful bay views. Bring your bikes, or take a short walk to one of the widest beaches on LBI. When you drive in the beautifully landscaped driveway area, you will know that you have chosen the right getaway. Downstairs you will find a bright living room with a sofa, big screen tv, a bar counter with stools, and a wonderful kitchen with modern Jenn Air appliances. There is also a small breakfast room nook with a coffee bar, and a laundry room/pantry under the staircase. The screened in porch adjacent to the kitchen is equipped with a dining room table, lounge area and a half bathroom. There is one downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and tv that opens to the screened in porch, and a second bedroom with a twin bed and tv. There is also a beautiful full bath with shower. Right outside is a wonderful pool with plenty of lounge chairs, a cabana with a hammock and chaises, a large hot tub and an outside shower. From the deck the bay can be accessed by our floating dock with spots for two jet skis, or you can anchor your small boat. Upstairs can be accessed by two different staircases. On one side is the upstairs master suite with a queen sized pull out sofa, big screen tv, hutch, and table and chairs. The master bedroom next to it has a king sized bed, great closet space, a dresser, cabinet and gorgeous master bath. Both these suite rooms open to the upstairs deck with outside shower that looks out to the bay. Also opening onto the upstairs deck is a beautiful queen bedroom with a tv. There is also a bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed that has a tv. There is a half bathroom upstairs as well. With Australian cypress floors throughout, central AC, and beautiful east facing bay views, this one is really special! Owner provides Pillows and Blankets
