Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We just loved this place. Everything was better than expected. The Edgewater is a spectacular resort. This villa was beyond quaint and comfortable. Wouldn’t ask the owner to change a thing. If we decide to come back next year and this suite is available we will grab it for sure.

Great spot!

I loved this condo! Everything in it was brand new and the decor was adorable. The property group was super responsive to any questions I had (usually within 30 minutes). My only piece of feedback is that I would have liked to have an internal lock on the front door. Either a flip lock or a built in lock inside of the door.
