This is a really nice condo for a family. This is in a great location. It’s right beside a bus stop and walking distance to Lionshead or Vail Villages. The owners were very helpful and always responded. This was our first time to Vail and had an awesome time. This condo was a big contributing factor. I would like to stay here again!!
We really liked the layout and amenities of this condo. It had all the kitchen items we needed and good group seating for hanging out. The pool and hot tub were nice and nearby and it had easy access to the slopes via regular free bus line. Would stay again.
Enjoy all Vail has to offer within walking distance to town, beautiful creekside walks, or feet away from the town bus line! Hear the sound of the creek below and see views of the mountains from most rooms! Large swimming pool and two hot tubs too are perfect for a cool down too! Wonderful place to stay!
This property has a great location with easy access to the Vail bus. The community hot tubs were an ideal way to make friends and follow up on a strenuous day skiing. I consider a return in the future.
Overall, everything was very nice. The apartment is showing its age a bit and the parking was at times crowded/difficult. Access to the bus line was good.
Easy to find and easy to rent. The pictures are just like the property. The owners are quick to respond…needed more wash cloths and delivery was quick.
Location, size, cleanliness all as expected. Host kept in touch and gave us some good tips. Constructive opportunities for improvement; Fix slow drain in bathrooms, consider repairing/replacing shower heads, Keurig is not functioning and coffee pot only makes 4 cups. We would book again. Thank you!

Thank you Vince! Enjoyed having and we actually already ordered new shower head and will replace keurig. Hope to host you again!
The property is located in a convenient location. We walked to Lionshead for dinner and took the bus for our ski days. Both were great choices. The house was clean, well furnished and plenty big for our group! The property owners were also very responsive. Can’t wait to come back next year.
This property did not disappoint! The pictures of the main level were very accurate, the kitchen and dining are very spacious with nice bathrooms and bedrooms on the main level. The upstairs bedroom was very spacious, but the blinds do not go down all the way so it was very bright in the mornings. The sink space upstairs was minimal and that made things a little tricky, but we worked through it. Overall, we always enjoy staying at this complex and we will definitely look to book again!
We love this area of vail! Away from the bustle, lots of sun, and easy walk to Lionshead, which is our favorite location to ski out of. Would not want to do the 0.7 mile in ski boots so thankfully Vail ski tech in Liobshead stores our skis and dries our boots over night! The bus stop is just steps from the building for the few times the sidewalk was icy. The bedrooms in this unit are the largest we have experienced in Vail! Loved starting my morning with some pre-ski yoga in the spacious primary bedroom while enjoying a fantastic view of the slopes! We also enjoyed reading on the balcony while listening to the stream below.

Mediocre property
We were very disappointed from the moment we arrived. We were given the wrong entry code and had to call someone to get in. The description of the property said it was renovated, it was very apparent that it had not been updated in many years! There were very few window coverings in the unit. There was no coverings in the upstairs bathroom! The one in the upstairs bedroom only covered half the window, and there were none in the living/kitchen area. The place was dusty and the walls were dirty. It definitely was not worth the money we paid!

Hi Peggy,
We are sorry you were disappointed with your stay! We certainly differ from many comments you have left. We provided a welcome package to you with the proper code and if you’d taken a moment to read you’d have gotten in. When you reached out- we were in touch within minutes. Secondly we don’t have windows in our bathrooms. We have window coverings in all bedrooms and yes temporary ones in the upstairs( giving total privacy ) which are temporarily ugly while we replace from damage from a recent guest. We had a conversation about this. These covered the windows which are on the top floor looking out simply to the mountains with no ability to look in, window coverings or not. Thirdly, our place is not dirty, period. We went out of our way to provide some things you requested, ordering them especially for you along with answering many questions leading up to your visit. You treated us rudely, demanding us “call you now” on multiple occasions ( once even well before your visit) to answer questions/ information that had previously been answered, essentially yelling at us. In addition to treating us rudely , you also treated the on site manger rudely to a level where he refused to have any more interaction with you. Fortunately for us, we have a great relationship with almost all our guests!

Not Close to Slopes
The property was located on the 5th floor, thank goodness for an elevator from floor 2 to 5. Close to shuttle stop, however, where you exited the shuttle to get to the slopes was another 15-minute walk without skis & ski boots. So, if you had to walk in boots (no way) and carry your skis, plan on 25+ minutes PLUS you better be in shape! I have been traveling west to ski for the past 30+ years and this may have been our worst experience! Had some minor issues with the property when we arrived but a phone call or two took care of them. Even though it is listed as a 6 to 8 person condo, extremely small.

I am sorry Grant that you had such a miserable stay and confused by this review as you messaged us personally that your ski vacation was good except for the "one" day you had a shoulder injury. In addition you even mention how we fixed minor issues very quickly. We had multiple message exchanges leading up to your stay giving you answers to your questions on where to eat, food shop and details of shuttle use so all this was well spelled out. Unfortunately our relationship with you went south when you came to us 10 days after the stay was complete and requested a refund for the additional guest which you booked on the reservation. If things had changed regarding the amount of people you were bringing , you certainly had 6 months to let us know and we would have gladly adjusted the fee for the additional guest. You mention the condo is small but layout and bed set up is clearly stated on site. If 6 adult men ( as you mentioned you were a party of) don't want anyone to share a bed we agree this is not ideal. but the bed configuration is clear prior to booking. Previously our guests have never complained about the 15 minute, easy walk and we do suggest people store skis in the village. so as not to walk with ski boots and carrying equipment.
This property is located right on the free bus route-no need for a car. Bedroom to full bathroom ratio was perfect. 1 bath is shared with the living area on first floorIt's only 1 stop from pedestrian bridge at Lionshead. It was so close we walked it most days. We stored our skiis and boots at Vail Tech which is right on path to lift. The owners are very attentive and responded quickly.
Love this location for the price! Very convenient on the bus route. This unit was great. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our group. Loved the gas fireplace. Unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable place to stay with seating for all of us. (Often times places sleep more than they can sit at the table, or living room, etc). Very pleased with this unit!
Our family loves coming out to Vail for skiing, but also its year-round activities, from music and wine festivals to the variety of hiking, biking, water sports and more. Some of our fondest family memories come from Vail.
Why they chose this property
Over the past few years, the entire property exterior has been updated to reflect the mountain environment. And in our building, the insulation was removed and replaced to meet the highest standards, providing a healthy environment. Additionally, a sprinkler system was added to protect the building and the units from fire hazard. Both of which help ensure peace of mind for us and our guests.
What makes this property unique
The beautiful, peaceful surroundings with mountain view vistas and the sounds of a rippling creek below. The location is one-of-a-kind, from access to skiing or other mountain activities using the free commuter bus, whose last stop is across the street before Lionshead. And, an easy, 15-minute walk back to the condo, or a bus ride.
