We believe that you’ll love staying at our three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium in East Vail which sleeps 8, has fantastic views, and has been modernly renovated. The condo includes a variety of modern features such as heated slate flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautifully tiled showers, and new carpeting. The condominium is also tastefully and modernly furnished, having new furniture, a 55-inch HD television, a Blu-Ray DVD player, a stereo with Bluetooth and Ipod connections, and high-speed wireless cable Internet.

The condominium is located in a private, quiet complex that is only a five minute walk to the FREE Vail bus line (which runs every 15 minutes in high-season), a seven-minute drive to the Vail Village, and a ten-minute drive to the top of Vail Pass, which has fantastic snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and hiking.

The fully-equipped kitchen with heated floors is more than suitable for cooking gourmet meals, and the open kitchen / dining area is great for entertaining. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably on padded leather chairs. The living room has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, a slate stone wood-burning fireplace, a large screen HD television with HD television service (includes free HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, Encore, and NFL Red Zone and on-demand service), a Blu-Ray DVD player, a ROKU, and a cozy wrap-around couch, which makes it perfect for relaxing in the evenings for après-ski or for watching a movie. The entrance way, kitchen, and hallway all have heated floors to keep your feet warm. A modern frontloading washer and dryer set is also in the property.

The master bedroom sleeps two people and has a king-sized log bed, dresser, mirror, and a directly attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom sleeps four people and has a bunk bedset with a full-size bed on the bottom, a twin-sized bed on the top, and a twin-size pull out trundle bed on the floor. The 2nd bedroom also has a directly attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom sleeps two people, has a queen-sized bed, and a directly attached bathroom which also attaches to the hallway. All bedrooms have private balconies with beautiful mountain views.

The hot tub and outdoor pool (open only in the summer) are located only steps from the front door. Bighorn Park and Gore Creek are within only a couple of minutes’ walk from the property. At Bighorn Park, families can have picnics and children can play at the large playground and soccer field. At Gore Creek, kids can play on warm days in the shallow stream. Fantastic hiking trails and fly fishing spots are also just minutes away.

Free parking is available in abundance at our complex and parking passes are not required, so close parking is not an issue.

Great place for a family get-together

Great location with plenty of parking. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made this a perfect place for our family to meet together in Vail. Kitchen is fully equipped - big dinning table - comfortable layout. The most notable negative issue was the floor - the floor are very very Sharp... watch toddlers closely. We just wore shoes all the time after finding out the hard way. :-)

comfortable ski condo

The kitchen was well equipped and linens and paper products were well stocked. Walk to the shuttle was reasonable. Warm hot tub in the public area outside was nice. The bathtubs only fill with the shower heads making them not really usable as soaking tubs, this was the only real downside of the condo. We probably would not stay again for this reason, but if that's not important to you, it's great.

Gore creek is a great option for a wonderful vacation

We enjoyed ourselves stay! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Loved the little park nearby . The free shuttle was convienent. Hot tub and pool were awesome. The only thing is I wish there were chairs on the decks to sit outside. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Beautiful Vail Condo

I thought the 3 bedroom condo was beautiful, well furnished, and very comfortable. I liked the bedding, beds, kitchen, supplies, laundry machines, and really everything. I felt lucky to be there. I think it was better than the pictures. I talked to the owners a few times and they were responsive and helpful. My family called it the treehouse because there are beautiful trees all around every window. We loved the pool, hot tub, nearby Big Horn park, and pond. We walked across the parking lot, past unit M1, over the bridge, and to the park. We could have spent the whole week there. It was a 15 minute drive to downtown Vail. There's so much to do in Vail, we were sad to leave. I enjoyed the drive and feeling close enough to Vail village without the hussle of Vail village. In Vail village, we went to the Los Amigos restaurant, played at the Pirate Ship park (we have children), ate at Vendetta's Italian restaurant, walked all over Vail village, played in their water features, mountain biked all over the mountain, and ate at the Marble Slab Ice cream shop. What a great place.

The only cons were that it does back up to the Big horn road and then I-70 behind it, so it was noisy, especially for us at night. And there is no air conditioning. We worked it out by opening all the doors and windows at night, but it was still a con.
