✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire cabin, nestled amongst tranquil natural surroundings.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the asphalt-covered driveway. Please note that the road leading to the cabin & the driveway is steep.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free and fast wifi is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the lounge.

✹ PETS: We allow maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing 50 pounds or less. There is a non-refundable $175 pet fee.

✹ SAFETY & COMFORT: Our cabin is equipped with a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detectors, and smoke detectors for your safety. The central air conditioning uses a heat pump and is controlled by a Honeywell T9 thermostat on the main level and a temperature sensor on the lower level.

This cabin is located in a small residential community with enough privacy for you and your loved ones.

All the attractions in the area are easily accessible by car. The back roads are windy and typical for mountain life.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.

✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to bugs and bees. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule, but please note that it’s impossible to eliminate all insects.

✹ The cabin is close to the mountains, so you may find that you lose cell service at times. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.

✹ Please be mindful that there may be bears in the area. Do not approach
✹ Please dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles

✹ There is ongoing construction in the neighborhood. We are working closely with the builder to minimize any inconvenience to our guests.
