Come Relax at the Beach !!

The price, place and location was perfect! We have a family of, our boys are 8 and 3. The condo has everything you could need for cooking and laundry. It has 2 bathrooms which is more than our house... that itself was a treat! I would bring beach towels & chairs if you plan on going. There is a seafood store right across the road. There is only one elevator, but even during our spring break stay (Sunday night-Friday morning) foot traffic was light and we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Condo is perfectly cozy and everyone was friendly! The view from the balcony is of the road for the most part, but you are on the Gulf side of the highway... so WIN for not having to cross it to go to the beach!! There are 4 pools. A kiddie pool and two large ones in the dunes and another large one between the condo buidlings. The east large pool is not heated, and gets most of the wind. The west most pool is the 'heated' pool, although in March it was hard to discern more than a few degrees differences if at all. The pool water was cooler than the Gulf, but we managed to get into both. The pool is open until 11pm!!! Perfect for vacation! The SugarShak did open up I think on Wednesday, the music they were playing just made it seem more like vacation! The Gulf that week was a bit rough, you could have easily boogie-boarded, but the tide was pulling hard to the West, so we stuck to wading. The beach is gorgeous and there is enough room for everyone! Plenty of room at the pools as well. We really really enjoyed our stay! Oh, the TV in the photos has been updated, you CAN hook up a PS4 to it... yay!! There is a dishwasher and Brita filter pitcher in the fridge. Instructions for how to log on to the internet are on the fridge. It would drop a lot, but what the heck, you're on vacation anyway!! :) Cable and enough hot water for days.... pair that with the beach and pool and I'm in heaven. We should probably go back when it is warmer to really enjoy the water. Dolphins were out at about 6:30 a.m. Lovely!

The listing for this condo was very accurate. It was clean and well-maintained. It isn't a new place, and the decor wasn't flashy or modern, and this made the place seem more like home. It had a "warm" feeling.

I stayed for 3 days with my 3 children, and felt completely safe. The security guards were friendly and the small size of the complex meant it would be quick and easy to get help, although we didn't need it.

The pool area is super for families. The toddler pool is between two covered areas with tables, and the heated pool is next to it. There are two more pools we didn't use, because this was a great environment for me to be able to keep an eye on all the children. It was windy and red flags were posted so we didn't get into the ocean, but we didn't miss it at all.

The only appliances we used were the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, so I can't tell you about the dishwasher, washer/dryer or stove. But that was the cleanest refrigerator I have ever seen!

If you are on a budget, but want a clean and comfy place to shower, relax and sleep, and you want to be outside by the pool when you aren't seeing the local sights, then this is the place for you. I will be checking on this place for our next break from school!

The owner of this condo is wonderful!! She was sure to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and was extremely nice and helpful while doing so. The condo was nicely furnished with all the aminities of home.The property was exactly as we expected and the pictures accurately display this wonderful vacation spot. It actually felt like our home away from home and we really fell in love with Sugar Beach! The beach was nearly private and the pools are very nice as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The Sugar Shack snack bar by the pool is great for a day at the beach and pool, whether for lunch or just drinks throughout the day. In addition to the above, the staff were extremely nice throughout our entire stay. I would most definitely stay here again!! The Sugar beach Condominium is a great complex. Thank you Jeanne for allowing us to stay in your home away from home!

Wonderful vacation at Sugar Beach Condominiums. Great location on the quiet, beautiful beach with a Bama breeze.. The condo was just as pictured and amenities were as stated. Many things to do in the area. Ferry boat ride from Fort Morgan to Dauphin Island.with.shopping and great eating places like the Common Loon. Terrific colossal shrimp were the highlight of the meal there. Fort Gaines is worth a visit while on the island. Food and shopping were very good in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Lulu's being a fun place with good food and good music. Of course you should not miss Florabama.

Being at the condo and Orange Beach was one of our best vacations. Totally enjoyed the pools,

Sugar Shack, great weather and the whole atmosphere of being at the beach including bringing home many beautiful sea shells. We will definitely return..

This was such a wonderful get away for our family! The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable.It was much better than staying in a hotel. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and enjoy the night air on the balcony. We spent most of our time out doors enjoying the beach. If we were not at the beach we were at the pool. We also enjoyed going to the Tanger Outlet Mall and eating at Lambert's in Foley LA. This was just the family get away we needed. None of us were ready to leave and come back home. The Beach is breath taking! It is so beautiful! I would recommend this property as a great place to stay while visiting the Gulf Shores area.
