Enjoy watching sea turtles, manatees, dolphins, lobster & tropical fish right from your patio or dock. Take in a glorious sunrise or moonlit night over the water. Emerald Seas promises to take your breath away every moment with once in a lifetime ocean views.

Emerald Seas is a luxury ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation getaway in the fabulous Florida Keys with A private 35 ft dock for your boat and amazing waterfront views. Located inside a 24-hour guard gated resort with swimming pool, hot tubs, marina, private boat ramp, tennis, basketball, pickleball, marina store and more. Please note that there is a $125.00 resort/registration fee per booking that is paid directly at the front security entrance gate upon arrival, this fee covers unlimited use of all of the above amenities for you and your guests.
Emerald Seas is approximately 40 minutes from Old Town Key West and Duval Street. Enjoy swimming in crystal clear water right from the property. All the toys are included at no charge for our guests enjoyment (use at your own risk), as our guest, you will have use of 2 Kayaks, paddle board, fishing rods, swim ladder into the sea, community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and community boat ramp. The amazing coral reefs of the Florida Keys are just a short boat ride away from your dock. For boaters, we have a 35 ft boat dock on site, with fish cleaning station, bait freezer, dock lines, etc. Everything you need to bring home a fresh Florida Keys catch! After a long day of boating or fun in the sun, kick back and enjoy the gentle ocean breezes while sipping your favorite cocktail with family and friends around the cozy and inviting outdoor sofa and firepit. Come stay at Emerald Seas for your vacation of a lifetime!

Had a great time here, was great central location for all that we wanted to do and see. Would absolutely stay here again. Boys loved fishing from the dock. Just a great quiet area.

A perfect place

The place looks much more beautiful then in pictures, it’s directly on the water with private dock. It’s a little cottage beautifully decorated, in a gated community with plenty to do and wonderful restaurants around. We’ll come back every month!

Amazing stay!

We had such an amazing few days! The house was great, we love Venture Out resort! We didn’t rent a boat this time, but the fishing from the dock was great. We caught enough Snapper to make fish tacos one evening and we were able to filet them right on the dock and the massive Tarpon loved the scraps we threw to them and they put on a show!

The owners were awesome bent over backward to help Power was out because an issue with the transformer they brought us a AC unit and generator Place was great we had a awesome time even with my boat sinking the house was a joy to stay in would recommend it 10/10

MDW Getaway!

Emerald Seas was everything we wanted for our Memorial Day weekend getaway with our friends! We brought our boat so the location was perfect. Shawn (the host) was very responsive and even helped us with fishing/snorkeling recommendations for our day on the boat. The house was very clean and the deck has a beautiful view of the water. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were impressed by all of the nice details (ex. kitchen utensils, champagne glasses, beach towels, and even candles throughout the house) We look forward to our next visit. We were sad to leave!

Cozy spot on the water

This rental was just perfect for a quick getaway. It is newly renovated and I was so pleased. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies I needed to make meals for my family. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. TV's in every room, a grill and a fire pit. The unit has a green light in water that attracts fish and my boys had a blast fishing at night. Excellent communication with the owner of the unit. I have stayed in many VRBO locations and this is in my top 5.

The view you've always dreamed about!

Had an incredible stay at this beautiful rental in Cudjoe Key! My parents from Texas along with my husband and myself had such a great time here. To walk out of our bedroom and see the incredible view of the water was truly amazing! It's something that you always have dreamt of if you have never lived by the ocean! The location of this was perfect as it sat towards the end of the keys and was only a short drive to Key West! You have the best of both worlds.... quiet relaxation of the home and resort and the hustle bustle of Key West only a short drive away.! We were too busy to take advantage of the resort amenities but they seemed very nice! There were a few things that we we let the owners know about and they responded immediately letting us know they would fix them in the future! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!home!

Wonderful Vacation!

This house and location were PERFECT for my family! We brought our own boat which is a must for us and it was so nice that we were able to keep the boat in the water right at the back porch area. The check in process at the gate area was super easy and the people were super nice! The house was spotless clean, had everything we needed and plenty room for myself, my husband and our two kids (3,9). The living room area was my favorite because of the glass doors and windows! Always a beautiful view. It does get warm-ish in the livingroom area but that’s to be expected because of that, but it was never uncomfortable. The bathrooms and Bedroom ALWAYS stayed cold no matter what so that’s all that really mattered! We will be staying here again in the future for sure!! 10/10 great place to stay!!

The Perfect Place for a Magical Stay in the Keys!

This was absolutely the perfect space for my husband, 17-yr. old son, and I to stay during our time in the Florida Keys! Immaculate, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities to make our time here so relaxing and enjoyable! The deck was perfect for enjoying the gorgeous sunrises and beautiful starry nights. We saw more amazing variety of marine life from the dock here than on our snorkeling excursions, and the LED lights in the water made viewing the fish at night a unique experience! We enjoyed some beautiful evenings at the resort pool with the view of the ocean, palm trees, and pool lights creating the perfect ambiance. The beds were comfortable and the well-stocked kitchen and washer and dryer were very helpful. We had plenty of everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and easy - fresh towels, linens, beach towels & bag, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, etc. Shawn and Cindy were excellent hosts and so quick to respond to our messages! Thank you so much for a wonderful week's stay while we were in the Keys!

This really fit our interests—my son loves fishing and we fished right off the dock every night. First he was catching just small snapper but we started chumming and bigger fish started showing up—we saw eight tarpon at one point. The green lights in the water were particularly cool. The last night we were there there was a thunder and lightening storm and you could see the tarpon in the water from inside the house. The Venture Out does change you on arrival, but you get to partake in all the activities (like bingo and yoga) as well as the pool. The rental also had two single kayaks and one paddleboard. We had an amazing time here. People were very friendly and it was close to two really good restaurants—the Bent Prop and Square Grouper—which I highly recommend. We were only about 1/2 hour from the craziness of Key West and we visited Bahia Honda park for some sandy beach/snorkeling. The location of this rental can’t be beat and I highly recommend it if you like to keep things relaxed but want to be close to activities if the mood strikes you.
