This pet-friendly, spacious 100 year old 5 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms awaits your visit. Accentuated with Red Pine wood floors throughout and stunning 12 foot ceilings. Each bedroom features a night stand or two, dresser, personal screen TV and a queen/full size bed comfortably accommodating two adults. It offers two full-size bathrooms with cast iron combo shower/tub, all with ceramic tiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and more highlighting granite countertops. Large dining area is perfectly suited for 10 placements for a nice family gathering. The family room offers two oversized powered-operated sofas and a 55" flat screen tv. For your convenience, this property offers a laundry room with washer and dryer. This Old House By The Park offers you comfort, convenience and a place away from home. You can sleep comfortably, cook yourself a meal, relax, watch tv or read a book. It’s designed to help you feel as close to "home" as possible. You enjoy fresh air? This property has a covered front porch fully furnished overlooking Hyatt Park. A picnic area is also available in the backyard. For your peace of mind, This Old House By The Park has multiple exterior security cameras in place. Both, the police and fire departments are less than half a mile away.The best part of This Old House By The Park is its prime location. Easy access to I-20, I-26 and I-77. Downtown Columbia Main St is less than 3 miles away. Nightlife, social venues, boutiques and more are abundant in and around the area. Minutes drive to landmarks such as the State Capital, Prisma Health Hospital, University of South Carolina, Fort Jackson, Koger Center of the Arts just to name a few. Discounts are available for First Responders, Veterans, Government employees and Medical personnel. Use code for discount. (One discount applies per reservation). A Rental Agreement and picture ID is required prior to checking in. Name must match reservation. A valid email address or phone number is also required.

The property was so much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures portray. The neighborhood was quiet (for Columbia!) and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
