House was the perfect place for my family to stay & come and go while a family member had surgery at St Mary's.
Less than a 10 minute walk!
The kitchen was equipped with everything possibly needed. Beds very comfortable and plenty of bath towels!
This home gave us peace of mind and plenty of space for us during this time. Being able to park in the driveway a big plus.
Would recommend to everyone!
This is a well located home, close to Mayo where our young niece is receiving treatment for brain cancer. The hime is nice and spacious and there is outdoor dedicated parking. The price was right for the rental. However, dealing with property management was terrible. We never got the email telling us how to check in to the house, and we had to text management through the app to figure out how to get in. Even after prompting them, we never got the email and instead got a text back through the app. The dryer broke, and when we called the number listed in the home for any questions or repairs, no one responded. We called and left two voicemails with no response. When we contacted management about the dryer again through the app, management was surprised that we had reached out about the dryer and did not seem to know about it. So who were we contacting when we made the calls? It was never clear. Then, management wanted us to send them a picture of the dryer so they would know what model it was! And then they wanted us to coordinate being in the home while the dryer was repaired. This while a 27-year-old woman is going through extensive radiation multiple times a day! And finally, we asked if we could extend our stay a few days or a week and we received conflict information. First, we were told yes, then we were told no, the whole thing was just a mess. I would not rent this home again because dealing with management was so tough.
