Spacious 3 bedroom house with pool in the heart of the Las Vegas Southwest area, offering a comfortable and spacious exterior patio, with a large cabana style day bed. You will enjoy a European style kitchen with all appliances and equipment needed. With a 16 minute drive to the famous Las Vegas Strip, close to convenient stores (supermarket, restaurants…),parks and the Lakes neighborhood, the house is also a few minutes away from Summerlin.

This is an amazing house..immaculately clean and organized. The location is perfect for easy access to any part of town.. neighborhood is very quiet..Vincent left no room for improvement. Would definitely stay here again!!!!
