Something for everyone here with a basketball courts, a ark, pool, splash pad, restaurants, bars, and more. fisherman can sit on the deck and relax and toss out a line or take the kayaks out for a trip to the bay. we also have cornhole, washer boards and ring toss for house activities. Also a golfcart for rent if you want to keep the truck clean.

Relaxing Short Getaway

The house was very comfotable and relaxing. Has all your basic needs. Unwind on the patio/porch after a long day at the beach or kayaking. Nice breeze and sunset/sunrise views. Kayaks, games etc were a major plus! Sean was wonderful at communicating! Thank you for having us I will be saving this listing for the future.

Perfect Beach Stay

Our stay at Bahama Waves beach house was fantastic! The house fit our needs perfectly, with comfortable accommodations and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Sean was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Overall stay was good. Location was good. Place was clean- except for a few dead roaches and a large yellow urine stain on white sheet on one of the bunks (which makes me question if they changed the sheets) the “master” as he calls it is located downstairs in the garage which was not specified in description and we weren’t expecting that. It was definitely a garage room. Overall our time was good and place was good. - just would go elsewhere next time.

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and honestly can’t complain ! You can tell the property is older in general but it’s still a good spot ! Easy communication and overall the deck was also amazing to hang out on especially w/ the weather being the way it was ! Good little hangout spot if you ask me !

The homeowner was incredibly kind and very responsive, which we truly appreciated. The house is in a great location, especially for anyone planning a weekend of fishing or hunting, and the upstairs porch is spacious and perfect for a BBQ or gathering. The fridge, linens, and towels were all clean as well.Unfortunately, the home wasn’t the right fit for our particular needs during this visit. We had hoped for my sister-in-law, who had just begun chemotherapy, to use the downstairs primary suite for extra privacy. Being right on the water, the lower level felt quite damp, even with the window AC unit and dehumidifier running. Out of concern for her health and potential mold/mildew issues, my brother and sister-in-law decided it would be safer to stay in a hotel.We also noticed some cleanliness and maintenance issues: a few critters downstairs, some mold on several AC vents and nearby ceiling areas, missing or burned-out lightbulbs in multiple fixtures, no window covering in the bathroom, and some dried food on dishes and utensils that required re-washing. Two of the bunk-bed room walls also had some marks that appeared unclean.Because of these concerns, my husband and I chose to shorten our stay. While this property has a lot of potential and could be great for the right type of trip, it just wasn’t the best fit for our situation.

It was ok for a weekend stay. The outside deck area was nice.. the neighborhood was good. Sean seemed nice. Some of the descriptions werent accurate. There was no dishwasher in the kitchen. Some of the beddings had stains on them. There was not a curtain on the upstairs bathroom window. The curtain on the downstairs bathroom window had rips in it. The floors in the downstairs room had sand all over. There wasnt a lot of extra amenities. Like i said for a weekend it was ok.
