Subdivision pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day - $100.00 pass is required
(409) 737-2438. Minutes to the beach! Large spacious kitchen/living area with vaulted ceilings. Master with private bath & king size bed, second bedroom also has king size bed, third bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Peaceful quiet setting. No Pets! We do have a Surveillance Camera downstairs when driving up to property.

Located 20 minutes from The Strand, upscale dinning, dancing, Rain Forest Cafe, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are perfect outings for the whole family.

Family trip

In town for a baseball tournament. We had plenty of room to relax. We were close to the beach and were able to fish and crab in the canal. The pkace was spacious and comfortable.

Sea Isle Waterfront Getaway

Great location and easy to find in Sea Isle. Street is nice and quiet. Communication with owners was great as well. We brought our 24" boat and had no problems with parking our trailer at the house. Kitchen had all the basics to make meals and the grill was perfect for steaks. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room at the end of a long sunny day. Like other reviews stated the pictures definitely don't do the house justice. We really enjoyed hanging outside on the outdoor swing and bar area day and night. You must provide your own shower soap/shampoo/cond, so don't forget to pack that. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Sea Isle!

Great place to stay!

Very clean and had everything we needed! Loved the beds and all the room fans. Kids had a blast fishing! A storm rolled in and we all felt safe and secure, even when the power went out.

Our Anniversary

This is our 2nd year celebrating our anniversary in this beautiful home! My wife absolutely loves this place! And as they say. Happy wife happy life! Thank you Ms. Lynn for always being such a terrific hostess. We will be back again next year.

Overall a great experience!

This was a great house with a nice set up. We're outdoor people so the downstairs open bar area was amazing. After beaching all day the outdoor shower was wonderful. We were able to relax downstairs in the evenings, watch the Astros, have some cocktails, eat dinner and fish. Overall, this was an amazing stay and the owners responded to emails very quickly. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Great Canal home

We had a great stay in this home! The location was great, close to the pier and marina with a very short drive to a quiet beach. The house was large and clean and the layout was perfect with plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The property owner was very communicative and pleasant as well. The downstairs kitchen was great! We turned on the TV inside while cooking and fishing for fun evenings. There are also some boogie boards and a few sand toys and chairs that were a great added bonus! If we return to Galveston we will definitely stay here again!

Loved stay at Sea Isle

House was in a great location and check in was super easy. House was clean and comfortable with well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed access to pier and beach was short drive. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Communication, Cleanliness, Spacious, Comfortable, and Nice Location.

I don't where to begin about the is property except for it was wonderful. We reserved for the Labor Day Weekend of 2022. Upon arrival the upkeep of the yard and cleanliness of the the lower patio was superb. Once waking into the home the open area layout was marvelous. Very clean, decor was perfect and the Central A/C system along with the ceiling fans made the home feel very cool and cozy. The bedrooms were nice and what is there to say about the beds, my family all said the beds were very comfortable. the view from the upper deck was beautiful. If I was a coffee drinker that would be my morning cup of joe spot. The lower deck bar area was very clean and the outside stove and fridge came in handy as we were able to stock the fridge and cook outdoors without being away from the fun. Also, the TV came in handy while we sat around the bar and watched our beloved Astros team The selection of DVD was nice. A great selection of kids, young teen and romance comedies. Though not classics, was more of a "remember this one, oh how about this one". We didn't have to worry about picking a movie that the kids could not watch with us. We took advantage of the DVD as we expected rain showers the entire weekend and when the rain did come we cozied up on the couch and popped in a movie Not the best weekend of fishing but we did catch some. MY daughter reeled in a 4ft Alligator Gar, we snapped a few pics and videos before it broke off. Other than that, a few catfish and croaker. We caught a couple of nice bluecrabs, the old school way, with string, a net and chicken neck. The WestEnd Marina was alive and kicking on Friday night. drinks, dinner, dancing and a little karaoke. In a nutshell it was a fantastic getaway and we look forward to using this property again in the not to distant future. Also, what came in handy was the black binder of instructions on how to go about check out and amenities in the area The only regret was we only stayed for 3 days.

Softball Tournament/Summer vacation

This property exceeded my expectations!!Where do I even start............ This home was beautiful and the pictures on vrbo do not do justice. It was very spacious and had VERY comfortable beds. My family came here for a 10u softball tournament/vacation and my kids wanted to swim in the Canal more than walk to the beach which is maybe 3 minutes from the place. The best part about it is the down stairs kitchen area. It was nice to enjoy the evening cooking on the pit withthe kids and friends and fishing the green lights.

Perfect Rental

My family loved the rental. It was a wonderful location and felt very clean. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy canal fishing at night.

Great location

My brother and I and some friends were at Galveston for a fishing trip. The house exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately the fishing did not meet our expectations. But that is fishing. :-)

Our stay in Galveston

The property was as advertised. Everything was very clean and organized. All of the amenities were available. Access to the beach was very close. The outdoor shower was very nice and handy. The patio bar was a big hit as we sat around it with our adult beverages and listened to music. The fans and television were a nice touch. The kitchen was big and and very organized. We also used the outdoor grill twice, worked very well. We highly recommend this property, thanks for allowing us to stay here. We look forward to the next stay. John and Sylvia Villanueva We also caught fish and jsut enjoyed the atmosphere.

Best family party house!

House is great! Has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a fun time...Wonderful deck overlooking canal....fantastic patio with enclosed kitchen & bath facilities...AC works like a charm even with August 90's temperature...plenty of seating, indoor & out. Would happily rent again. Only down side: 2 extra mattresses left standing in twin bed room causing crowding for guests.

Gorgeous home!

The home was spotless and beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and the the home was easy to find. It was even a short walk to the beach. The home had everything you could need. I was pleasantly surprised to see a fan in each room, I had never seen that in a rental. They has lots of extra blankets which was great since the ac worked to great I need a extra blanket! Found lots of beach towels. Then in the downstairs kitchen area there were some beach toys. my son was stoked since we forgot ours. I hope to book again next year since the home was so wonderful. And the fishing is awesome, the canal come alive at night and morning time, I was able to catch lots of fish, use their cleaning take to process the fish. That was some good eating. The house was beautiful and immaculate!!

Lovely home!

Loved this house! Very cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The green light in the canal was awesome to look at all the fish in the water. Definitely recommend and would love to go back!
