House, 3 Bedrooms + Queen futon, + twin bunkbeds, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)
This home has been enjoyed by three generations of the same family. It is located on a private, level, 1 acre parcel, bordering a beautiful, crystal clear, year round mountain trout stream. The neighborhood is quiet and the street has very little traffic. There is a large fenced backyard with a huge deck, great for family gatherings, barbecues, badmitten, horse shoes, entertaining, and just enjoying the peace and tranquility of the setting.
The home is 1800 square feet with three bedrooms and two full baths. There are king beds in two of the rooms, and a queen in the third. One of the family rooms has a queen sized futon and a single bunk bed, along with several sleeping mats. The house is wonderfully cozy, yet large enough to offer great separation of space. There are two family rooms, both with gas assisted fireplaces making it easy for wood burning ambiance. When we were kids, after a long day of skiing, the parents would hide in the sunken family room ('The Red Room'), while we kids had the run of the rest of the house. With our kids, it was the opposite. Either way, plenty of room for all.
The house is close to everything. Raley's shopping center/mall with market, dinning, shopping is just down a few blocks. Ski shop is just a few blocks as well. Incline's Diamond Peak ski resort is only a few minutes up the hill. Mt. Rose Ski Resort, only a few minutes more. There are numerous other major ski resorts ranging from 20 to 45 minutes away. They include Squaw Valley, Heavenly, Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, among others. Golf courses, Incline beaches, The Hyatt Resort/Restaurant, and Casino are within 5 minutes or less.
Incline Village offers excellent fine dinning opportunities, try Azzara's Italian Restaurant (best pizza on the lake), shopping, recreation of all kinds for all seasons, fitness center (Olympic size indoor pool, workout facilities, tennis, all available to guests at a reasonable rate), casinos, movie theaters, and many other amenities one would expect from this class of year around recreation destination.
Once you have experienced Lake Tahoe and all that it has to offer.....You will be hooked for life!!

About Camille Jampolsky
I own this home along with my brother and sister. We were born and raised in Tiburon/Belvedere CA. and spent much of our summers and winter weekends in this cozy second home. My father bought this home for my mother after our first cabin burned down in the big Mt. Rose fire in the 1960's. Mom loved the sound of running water and often shared found memories of playing in her grandmother's creek. Dad wanted mom to have her own place with a peaceful creek to sit by and read a book or simply watch us kids play in.
Camille Jampolsky purchased this House in 1967
Why Camille Jampolsky chose Incline Village
This is a great family vacation home! It has good separation of space for adults and kids. Its been a wonderful place for three generations of our family to enjoy. So many found memories here! Tahoe is special and we like to share our home with others so they too can build their own memories.
What makes this House unique
The private creekside setting and the size of the parcel. Very unique, very private, with no neighbors on the backside of the property.

Cozy nice place!!
We found this cabin at the last minute for Labor day weekend. Our two families are very satisfied of the cozy, nice place with all amenities, big room for kids with plenty of fun games including table tennis, video games, etc. We enjoyed not only cabin but also the huge backyard were was very nice to have supper after wonderful beach activities.
Thank you Camille, David for very quick respond and quick repository return.
We will definitely return to this cabin again!
Relaxing and restful stay
We really enjoyed staying at this home during our visit to Lake Tahoe. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from the center of town. Close enough to run small errands without sacrificing privacy. The home has plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful backyard that borders a small brook. The owners thoughtfully provided plenty of amenities and the kitchen was well-stocked. We had an issue with one of the showers which the owners tried to resolve during our stay but were unable to do so due to the holiday but they were very communicative and helpful and we will certainly come back again on our next trip to Lake Tahoe.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very quiet and private, and well stocked.
Thank you! We absolutely love our Tahoe Time and enjoy sharing our home with others so they too can experience the beauty and peacefulness of Lake Tahoe!
Lovely vacation home in Incline Village
We enjoyed our stay at Incline Village very much. It was clean, cozy, has everything you need for sleeping and cooking. The layout is perfect for adults on one wing and all the kids in the bunk room. We really enjoyed the fireplace, living room and being so close to the lake and to ski resorts. The big pile of snow in front of the house was a great place to play for the kids. Good heating system. We would definitely stay here again.
If you come during a big snowstorm be sure to have chains, your own car shovel and brush. It snowed quite heavily the day we left and it was quite eventful.
Awesome cabin for a few families with kids!
Our family was so fortunate to stay in this awesome cabin. There is plenty of room for everyone. The 'red room' makes it especially ideal for a group of kids/teens. Kids can hang out there - it's huge - and have a real sense of freedom. Adults can hang in the living room/kitchen and do the same! Owner was very thoughtful to use high quality linens for the 'adult' bedrooms - thank you. Yard is huge too! There are tall pines and a great deck for morning coffee/afternoon BBQ making this a sweet mountain spot. Reservation process was seamless. We look forward to returning next year and highly recommend.
