Incline Village is a small beachside town on the serene Nevada side of North Lake Tahoe that caters to outdoor enthusiasts. The town was built around recreation and an active lifestyle. There are two (2) golf courses, a recreation center with a swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, bike park, bocce ball park, disc golf course, fitness trail, and skate park. There are plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails in the area. In the summer, families enjoy time at the beach where they can kayak, sail, paddle board, swim and play in the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. In the winter, guests enjoy a wonderland of activities including skiing, snowboarding, nordic or cross country skiing, sledding, snow shoeing, back country skiing, snow biking, and a whole lot of relaxing by the fireplace afterwards. We provide a foot massager after a long day on the slopes.
The neighbors in the community where the cabin is located are friendly and helpful. Raleys, Natural Grocers, and Grocery Outlet supermarkets are about a 5 minutes drive. You won't find any fast food chains in Incline Village, but there are a growing list of culinary options and a few favorite local restaurants that we love to support. Great spot

We only stayed one night on our way from Big Bear to Oregon, but we loved this little cabin. It was comfortable and was in a beautiful location. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and House

In short, the home was very nice. Very clean, with new appliances, bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. We had an internet problem one day and Jessica was very responsive to fix the problem. I highly recommend this house.

We used to come to Tahoe just to ski, but during the pandemic, we picked up a few activities such as paddle boarding and mountain biking. As much as we enjoyed camping during the pandemic, sleeping on the ground and using shared bathrooms lost its appeal. We quickly realized Lake Tahoe has everything we love to do as the seasons change. It brings us joy to share our cabin with fellow adventurers who want to recharge and find refuge by exploring the breathtaking Lake Tahoe region.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Incline Village when I explored the East Shore of Lake Tahoe. Sand Harbor is hands down the most beautiful beach in all of Lake Tahoe and Incline Village has that small-town vibe where neighbors know each other by name. The town is much quieter and feels safer compared to other towns around the lake. Incline Village is designed for recreation and exploring the outdoors. There’s a donation based Nevada Nordic area, Diamond Peak Ski Resort is much less crowded, so you can spend more time skiing rather than waiting in line. There’s so much to do all year round.
Whether you love to paddle board, mountain bike, or play golf, Incline Village has it all.

What makes this property unique

I think people stay with me, because they want to stay in a classic Tahoe chalet style cabin that has modern amenities. It has that rustic appeal on the outside, but modern comforts inside. Also, it’s free-standing for more privacy and you don’t have to worry about noisy neighbors above or below you.
