With a mooring that can accommodate up to a 24' pontoon boat or a 22' bowrider, you'll have endless fun in the sun on Sebago Lake, with access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River for over 40 miles of boatable waterway. Also, enjoy access to 12 association beaches, a refreshing swimming pool, tennis courts, a golf course, and even a restaurant and ice cream stand. With so much to offer, Frye Island is truly a one-of-a-kind destination.

Very nice property. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the restaurant/genreal store, ferry dock, and right across from the Leap! Beautiful views.

Also, very close to the Cafe, General Store, and Ferry Landing. The house is small, but charming and very well equipped. We enjoyed the screened in part of the porch to sit and read or stare at the lake without the bugs getting to you.
