PET FRIENDLY! This charming two bedroom, one bath cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of natural light and a well-designed floor plan. As you enter the cottage, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room that features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of cabinet space. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, providing comfortable sleeping quarters for up to six people. The bathroom has been tastefully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, and features a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage for your use. In addition, the home includes a cozy front porch area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening adult beverage. Situated in a desirable location, just 13 miles south to the beautiful white-sand beaches of South Walton, this cottage is conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment options. Use of Riverwalk Landing clubhouse, pool and all amenities included. With its thoughtful amenities and prime location, this cottage offers a truly exceptional vacation experience. Peace of mind

After a long day of being out it was good to know that I could come back to a nice quiet place and just relax would recommend staying at the cottages. I will be booking there again

Clean, new, and stocked up!

Everything at Riverwalk Landing was updated, new, and plenty of resources stocked up (paper towels, laundry packs, dishwasher packs, towels, linens, etc.). The place has two bedrooms + a trundle bed + sofa bed, so it could fit many sleepers if needed. I loved staying here!

Adorable cottage in a beautiful new community

Cottage is new, cute, has everything you need for a great stay close to so much- Beaches, Santa Rosa, 30A, Grayson Beach are not far at all. You get to stay in a quiet, family-friendly place without all the noise and craziness. The town is growing and is getting more businesses. The cottage listed isn’t the exact one you will get most likely but they seem to be furnished similarly. Dog park is awesome! They are getting close to finishing up the bbq area an fire pit, but they were not finished while we stayed.
