You are only steps away from taking a plunge in the gorgeous gulf, soaking up the rays of the sun on the shimmering beach and hearing the soothing sound of the surf!
Blue Mountain Villa 2B is complete with cozy furnishings and alluring shades of blue that provides a fine compliment to the beautiful tile flooring. This single level unit encompasses the villa for maximum space for relaxation. Guests will find an oversized couch to soak in the view from the panoramic sliding glass doors. For the dining space, a glass topped table with 5 chairs placed just off of the kitchen. The spacious countertop faces the kitchen providing a perfect place to serve seafood appetizers and tropical drinks. The fully furnished kitchen features a large oven range, a spacious fridge for groceries, and a Keurig for your morning coffee.
For sleeping arrangements, take minimal steps just down the hallway to unwind for the night with ease. Guests have their choice of the built in bunk nook or a spacious King bedroom both sharing a full hallway bath. The full bathroom features a shower and a tub spacious vanities and counters.
This amazing and private location is very close to popular beachfront restaurants, the Blue Mountain Creamery, golf courses and tennis and lots of family fun!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
*This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. *No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.
*Parking- 2 Designated Parking Spots. Please seek office assistance for additional parking in the area to avoid ticketing or fines.
*Weddings/Events– Are not permitted at this home per HOA rules and regulations.
*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Seasonal Beach Chair Service — Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from Memorial Day to Labor Day! Setups includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM. Additional setups available upon request through Southern Resort Beach Service at (850) 865-9587.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*
