Enjoy the sea breezes on the front patio space while dining alfresco or walk to a local restaurant to include The Crab Trap or The King and Prince.

Oh, and don't forget the fur babies! 1112 Ocean loves house trained, well mannered K9s under 35 pounds. Your fur baby will enjoy the safety of the fully fenced rear yard, but sorry, no felines allowed.
