Spacious two bedroom, one bath unit with completely fenced outdoor area in a charming neighborhood. One queen bed, one full bed, and a twin bed can accommodate up to 4 guests. Fully furnished kitchen includes washer/dryer and is open to dining and living areas. This unit does not have a dishwasher. Televisions in each bedroom as well as Wi-Fi and a wide variety of cable channels. Outdoor area includes ample seating, a dining table, and a small charcoal grill.

About Janna Mansker

As native Atlantans, we have always loved the Georgia coast and both grew up vacationing on St. Simons Island. We have wonderful memories of spending GA/FLA game weekends here, taking trips with our extended family and friends, and bringing both our children down for their first beach experiences. In spring of 2013 were visiting for spring break and stayed in Two if by Sea for the first time. We were immediately drawn to this unique home and its fantastic location in a neighborhood we've always loved. Noticing the property was for sale, we contacted the owner and the rest is history!

Perfect cottage in the Village. Lots of room, everything you need and more. Awesome private courtyard and deck. Owner and management company couldn't have been nicer. We will be back!

Can't wait to book again!

My family and I stayed in this rental over the summer, and it is WONDERFUL! We have been coming to SSI for 22 years and our regular place was just bulldozed, but thank goodness we have found a new one! A 5 minute walk to the village, short 10 minute drive to East Beach, and wonderful amenities provided. The owner is AMAZING to work with. The only con is that the washer/dryer is really loud so you can't watch tv and do laundry at the same time. We will be getting our dates soon to book for this summer!

Great deal and great Village location!

As someone who has stayed at this property in years past all I can say is WOW! The new owners have really made some significant updates to the interior. All new living room furniture and built in shelving, smaller kitchen table (which is a good thing- the previous huge table took up a lot of space), curtains and paint. While it was fine before, it really is much nicer and has a more open, uncluttered feeling. It is also pet friendly too for an extra fee, which was a deal compared to boarding our dog for a week. This has to be one of the best deals on the island!

If you like to be near the Village, you could hardly do better than this location. Take a left out of the driveway and you are 50 feet away at the northern end of the Village. Easy walk to everything you could need except a grocery store. The beach at the pier is underwater at high tide, so you do need a car or bikes to go to Massengale Park about a mile away to get on the beach at high tide times.

The owners were very prompt responding to our inquiries and were a pleasure to rent from. They have a local property manager that handles all the payments, maintenance issues and key pickup, which is nice to know that if there ever was a problem, you are dealing with someone locally and not long distance.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will continue to come back. Our family loves this place and we can't wait to return again!

Wonderful house!!!!

This was our first time staying here and we loved it!!! It had everything you could possibly need. A well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and a super great location!! This will be a favorite place for my family for many more vacations.

One of the best values on the Island, this is a wonderful duplex-style home in the heart of the St. Simons Island village area. Just a short stroll and you’re among the village shops, restaurants and pier! Also within walking distance is Neptune Park, which includes a resort-style oceanfront swimming pool, playground, miniature golf, picnic area and lighthouse. Very private, this home has a fully fenced yard with outdoor seating and a small grill. Great for kids and Fido. This unit is attached to 510 A Magnolia Ave. The two units are completely separated by privacy fencing. Features include two bedrooms, one bath, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, all with tile flooring. For a $150 non-refundable fee, this residence will accept pets. 510 Magnolia is located within 0.30 miles of tide contingent beach access and is a short, 1.5 mile car or bike ride to Massengale Park Beach. Bedding includes: 1 Queen, 1 Full, and 1 Twin. Maximum Occupancy: 4

Nearby attractions include Jekyll Island, which offers miles of natural beaches, bike trails, the Georgia Sea Turtle Rescue Center, Summer Waves Water Park, and the Jekyll Island Club Historic Area. Perfect for a day trip. Also close by are Cumberland Island National Seashore and historic downtown Brunswick, Georgia.
