Located on a brick paved road in the heart of beautiful, historic Thornton Park in Downtown Orlando with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars just steps from your front door!

Walk to Publix, Amway (Kia) Center, Dr. Phillips Center, Central Business District, & convention center. Universal Studios & Island of Adventures, International Dr, major hospitals, and outlet malls are only a 15 minute drive away! All Disney Parks and Disney Springs are roughly 30 minutes away (depending on traffic).

1920’s charm meets modern amenities in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house! The property comes with:

-keyless entry
-fully fenced yard
-fully equipped, updated kitchen
-private, indoors washer & dryer
-speedy WiFi
-smart TV in the living room
-two spaces for dining
-comfortable queen sized bed + additional sleeping spaces for extra guests
-Chromecast TV in the bedroom

This is a raised home and has a small set of concrete stairs leading to the front doorway. The stairs do have a railing. There are no stairs once inside the home.

The house is part of a duplex with shared walls, but has its own address. Both sides of the duplex share the same driveway. Please be aware that the driveway entrance is somewhat narrow.

A great place to stay. Extremely comfortable, excellent responses from owner and a perfect location. Located in a beautiful higher end historic neighborhood. Very close to great restaurants and bars. I wish I would have booked for a longer stay!

Perfect little apartment! Super clean and comfortable and the location can’t be beat! Lake Eola is a gem! We walked just around the corner for a great breakfast at the French bakery and at lunch at JINYA (best ramen). Lake Eola was so beautiful all lit up for the holidays and such fun w the food trucks, and music on the weekends! Great vibe! Apartment had everything we needed and was surprisingly quiet given the perfect location to walk everywhere you needed to be.

Family wedding weekend

Very clean, and perfect for a couple to stay in a super charming part of Orlando. Lots of parks to walk and jog , bars and bistros and yummy coffee and pastries steps away from the house. Would totally stay there again when we are in the area.

Great Stay

The location is great with many shops, restaurants and parks nearby. The unit is clean and well appointed and the host was very flexible when I had a family issue that affected my stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing!

Such a nice spot within walking distance from everything. Host was great at helping with all the questions I had and messaged right away. The place is definitely a cute little vacation/gate away home. The backyard was really nice and private we were able to hangout and relax in the evenings bc the weather was perfect. Definitely recommend and will probably book again next time I’m in Orlando.

Cozy place in charming neighborhood

We enjoyed being close to the action of the US Olympic Marathon Trials, which were walking distance from the property. It is a well-appointed 1BR unit in a charming neighborhood close to restaurants, bars, and Lake Eola Park. Host provided everything we needed (bath products, kitchen supplies, etc.) for our 2-night stay. Also recommend the French bakery nearby. Helpful host and easy check in/out process. Worth a stay if you're in the Orlando area, particularly convenient for downtown events.

Quiet location only steps from everything!

Fantastic location! We loved walking 2 doors down to a French bakery for breakfast every morning and just a block for Mexican and Asian for dinner each night. So many great restaurants and bars(no noise issue) within a block! The home was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious, the desk area was perfect for work and the kitchen/dining was a great size with everything you need. The owner provided nice extras which didn't go unnoticed by frequent travelers. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets, a hair dryer, lotion, there were a few laundry pods for the washing machine and there was even extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies. We loved our stay overall and would rent again! Our only suggestions for improvement would be: Replace the sofa(a bit small for relaxing and not padded enough to be comfortable for the length of a movie) and add curtains to the bedroom(the windows let in a lot of heat and the bedroom was always quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house).

My husband, our two dogs, and I all met at Florida State University. After graduating in 2014 we all packed up and moved to Los Angeles where we lived for eight years. In 2022 we packed up and spent the year traveling around the US. Out of all the incredible cities we visited, we were pleasantly surprised (albiet shocked) to find that Thorton Park in Orlando, Fl was our favorite!

After spending so much time in short term rentals we learned A LOT about what guests are looking for. We took that knowledge and built a space that is comfortable, convenient, and cute for our guests!

Location, location, location!! We have worked hard to create a rental space that has everything our guests need to enjoy their stay, but the real highlight of our property is the incredibly close proximity to so many bars, restaurants, lakes, sporting arenas, and more!
